Traders Village is a great place to go on the weekends. They have anything you can imagine. There are temporary vendors which may sell anything, but may only be there one or 2 weekends. There are permanant vendors also. Most who's stores are under covered buildings. In the summer, it can get really hot, and you may not want to walk around in the heat all day, but they provide many restaurants with food and drinks to cool you down.
