If you need a break, some place to go and relax away from the kids, daily chores, work ......then you'll want to check out the Skin Deep Day Spa in New Providence. The atmosphere here is very relaxing, the people are friendly, prices are reasonable for the area...... check them out.
Kid's Consignments is a small pre-used & some new kid's clothes, toys, videos, and books shop. This is a small shop by downtown Madison, but it is packed with lots and lots of things. Clothes wise you can find lots of cute name brand things in the smaller children's sizes at great prices, as you get up to the bigger children's sizes it's a little hard to find things. If you don't mind pre-used things check this shop out , new things are brought in each day.
The Wild Things is a Cute Little Gift Shop by downtown Madison. Workers here are friendly and helpful. They have cute and unique gifts for just about any teacher, friend, or sister.
This little Boutique shop has an Eastern feel to it. They carry some jewelry, crystals, incense, candles, alot of silky fabric covered things such as journals and pillows. These weren't the type of things I'm into, but a very cute little shop if you are interested in these types of things.
Since moving in the area this has been the Best Pediatrics we have found. We have been Very Happy with this Office and their Doctors. They are great with our kids!
Whole Foods has got to be the largest Health food - Organic Store I've ever been in. It has a large Produce, Meat, and Bakery dept. If you only buy Organic this is the place for you, if not, things here are on the pricey side compared to the Big chain Groceries..
The Rocking Horse is a really cute Kid's Clothing Boutique in downtown Madison. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This shop will also gift wrap your items for free.
We went on a week day the end of April, and we had a great time! The lines at this time of year were short and the day was cooler. Half way through the park we gave the kids a break and went on a tour of there Safari. There Safari is really Cool and it was included in the ticket price.
A neat place to go and watch candles being made by local Amish. The gift shop has changed quite a bit over the years, but I thought the new country rustic feel was perfect. They have lots of other things besides candles. And of course the shop smells wonderful.
The Crayola Store has it all if your looking for your favorite Crayola crayons, markers, paints, chalk, etc. My son really enjoyed looking around in this store. Though prices seemed higher here then at our local Target or Walmart.
