Don Bessette's sales team resists telling you what the actualy price of the vehicle, instead asking what you want to spend per month. This way you never find out if you are getting a good deal or not, and it is frustrating. I actually have walked out because of this. Their service department has superb service though, and I highly recommend them.
I have always been happy with the results of my car being fixed at Westlie's, however I don't like the wait to get my car checked in and picked up. Often over lunch they completely abandon the desk and you are just out of luck. They also answer phone calls ahead of the people in line, so if you want to get taken care of first, I guess call rather than actually make an effort to go there and spend money.
Margie will schedule any class for you at your time schedule as long as you can line up 5 people to take the class with you. She is very accommodating when it comes to working on your glass pieces too, pretty much whenever works for you will work for her, although coming during class times is discouraged.
This place is definitely way better now. They have a drive through soup/sandwich thing, and the soups are awesome. The coffee bar is great too. They now have a liquor license, which seems a little odd, but the more variety they offer the better, in my opinion. This is now a destination place instead of just a store in the mall.
I own an apartment next door to an apartment managed by SMC. I have had many problems with the tenants next door using my utilities. I've called SMC many many times about it, and each time they are rude and ignore me. I would not rent from them in the future just because they don't return calls and also because they are not nice when you do talk to them.
This place is great. You walk in and they offer you a sample of whatever they have that day, when I went last it was sweet tea and cookies. They have a great selection of ND products, which I love, and also a huge selection of candles. Each room in the house has a different theme and sells different stuff, like a baby room, a candle room, etc.
I understand there has to be some kind of vetting of potential animal owners, but the Humane Society goes too far in my opinion. I got a cat from them a couple years ago. I had to provide 2 references in addition to a lot of other documentation about the hours I worked, the time I was home, etc. Then they have a 72 hour waiting period to do a background check on you and call both your references. Then you sign a contract to never give away your pet. What a pain.
You pay for convenience, we all know that, and this place is no different. You can get in for an oil change on a moment's notice and have it finished before your lunch break is over, but you will pay for it. The price is actually about double what you can get at other places, when sales are going on. I would recommend Fast Foxx if you have more money than time.
This place specializes in cleaning after a disaster type event. LIke a fire or flood. Earlier this year a bunch of basements in Minot got flooded and this place was one of the places that did a really good job of taking care of the sewage. They have specialized equipment for a lot of different jobs and the employees are very good and knowledgable.
