The staff members at the Mac Campus far surpass this rest of the college. I have never not been greated with a smile and "how are you doing?" Very helpful in all my needs in finding info, getting books, meeting with couselors. I feel they go above and beyond there duty. Going to a satelite campus was also helpful to me when I was first startting college because it was extremely hard to get lost and if I did everywhere I turned there was someone to help me find my way.

Parkway Natural Foods

This is my favorite place to go find all my herbal and natural needs. They are very knowledgable and friendly. Family owned. They have great food and are always willing to give great advice or suggestions for your health problems when you want to use a natural approach. Everytime I have been in they can find what I'm looking for right away if I can't or they will suggest where to find it or a substitute. Convient parking with other stores close by.

Down Ii Details

Prices are competative and stylist are super friendly and make you feel welcome. They were super helpful in helping pick a style and actually making me look close to the picture. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Decor is mordern and upbeat which makes it fun and enjoyable. Fairly easy to get an appointment.

Larsen Motor Co

These guys happen to be some of the greatest mechanics around. They have competative prices and stand behind their service. They also have a ride service to pick you up and drop you off while your car is in the shop. Super friendly and also so helpful. They even helped me take out and put my car seats back in.

Les Schwab Tire Ctr

I went into Les Schwab a couple weeks ago to have my tires rotated, which I have been doing on a regular basis for 10+ yrs. This happen to be at least the third time on this vehicle and set of tires. It took them all of 5 minutes and then they told be my bill was $47.50. I was shocked for 1 because I have never been charged to have that service done and 2 why so much?!? I asked them why they proceded to tell me my tires did not come from them so they charge per tire for that service. I replied with I have never been charged in the past and you have rotated these tires before. He replied with I don't care you should have been charged. I then replied with well why wasn't I told this before you did the service. We assume you know. Hmm No I didn't because again I have never been charged before. I then say if I would have known you were going to charge I would have taken it to my service station cause they will do all 4 tires for $16!!!!! He tells me I should go there then. I asked to speak to a manager and he says that he is in charge for the day. I then told him I was very unhappy with my service and I wouldn't be returning and I would also be telling a lot of family and friends of my experience. He didn't seem to care. I did follow up witha phone call into the manager and he seemed to carry the same attitude so I wil not ever take my business to them again.

Poseyland Florist

Poseyland has been a great Florist for McMinnville for many years. They arranged my flowers for my Wedding 7 years ago and they were gorgeous. Recently they did several arrangments for my grandfather's funereal and they were also beautiful. They prices are competative and they also deliver around yamhill county for a reasonable rate. There store is always so mush fun to go into becaue it is always decorated.

Cape Kiwanda RV Park

We went here for a mini vacation. They have an awesome indoor heated pool and hot tub. The showers and bathrooms were extremely clean and they had a great play ground for the kids. Plus the location is the best out there. It's a walk across the street to the beach Or you can drive right down onto the sand. My only complaints are the price of the sites and the lack of space. We only had a tiny little picnic table and barely enough room for 4 chairs around the campfire. There was no grass or even sand on our site it was all gravel. And you can't pick your site when you make reservations. They charges $4 extra a night per extra person beyond 2 and it was $2 extra per night per extra child. Give me a break he is 3 months old!!! What is he going to use? even with my complaints we will still probably return cause we love the area.

Inn At Goose Creek

When I booked my stay at the Goose Creek Inn I thought it would be nestled into the mountains but instead it was right off the freeway in what looked to be an old Super 8! Once inside though it turns into a magical retreat and as long as you don'r look out the windows you would think you were in the mountians. Our Bed was super comfy and decorations were fantastic. Our room was a Cowboy theme and the rawhide looking comforter was a great finishing touch. All the beds have down comforters. The bathroom could have used some updates but was otherwise satisfactory. Oh and our Breakfast was suberb!! The price was also perfect!!

Gumbo Shop

Just down the street from Jackson Square this little shop is the best around. The prices are great and so is the Gumbo which I have to say was the best I ever had. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean. There is almost always a line thought but what great place doesn't. This is a must for natives and tourists!!

Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro

I've moved away but I can still say that the Cheesecake Bistro is my favorite place that I have ever eaten. The Crawfish Ravioli was to die for and I'm sure I gained 10 lbs just thinkg about it and my cheesecake that I had for dessert. My husband took me here for our last night in New Orelans and I still remember it like it was yesterday!!
