Gardena Nursery

The variety of plants in the Gardena Nursery is more than enough. They have almost any plant you could think of, the have trees, big and small. They even have plants like the venus fly trap.

And much like the local pet store, the people who work there give advice to those who have any questions about plants and landscaping. Thats how we started our own plant garden in our backyard.

Bible Baptist Church

My friend was babtized in this church and even though I wasnt there, the video I saw pretty much explained everything. The chruch is very nice both inside and out. The inside is very unique and I actually wish I was there.

Above all the people who volunteer there and work there are very nice people. When I used to go by there on kmy way to school the garder and priests' assistants would always greet me. Very nice people!

Alex Video

Alex Video is a decent place to rent videos, but they dont have enugh videos to offer. It is a bit messy and unorganized but its still good. The service is good, not the best but good. They do have the newest releases of movies, but not allot.

If they have a new release they will only have about 2 copies of it. After all its only a small business, not much like blockbuster. Its good it could be better.

Gardena Ice Co

What I love About the Gardena Bowling Center, is that it has pool tables, an arcade and many available bowling lanes. The people who bowl are very social and they are good company too.

The place itself is clean and modern, its almost like a future bowling alley. Whenver I go there its like there is nothing else that is worrying me, all my problems go away throught the laughter and joy of the other people.

Manhattan Beach Historical

This museum is nice to go to every once in a while, there is always much to learn and expect from it. It wsnt so exciting when I first went, but whenver I have the time me and some friends go inside just for fun.

Of course you have to have the time to walk around a learn about the history involved, but its nice after you learn more about the events that are being despcribed in the replicas that we are able to see. It's a great museum to visit, but make sure you have the time.

Creative Cakes & Catering

This is about the only place around here that makes the most delicious caked around! They are always perfectly made and they look professionaly done as well. The decoration of every cake has its own uniqueness and decorations.

The price is right and the satisfaction is always given every time we go there to get a cake or pastry.

El Segundo School District Cu

This district and its schools are truly impressing. The students/ teachers are very well taught. You dont see disruption in the classes and there is always something new and interesting that they learn.

Especially the high school, my brother attended the high school for 4 years. And it's a really amaizing school, it has TONS of school activities and programs. He really loved that school, and no that he is in college, he really misses it.

Thats how I know that El Segindo Hish School/ district is very good.

Deaf Resources Ctr Public

Its clearly one of the best libraries that I have been to EVER! The library is very organized, spacious, and the librarians are very well familiar to the library, they have a lower level for the kids and the top level for everything else. They have great reference resouces available.

It's filled with people and they find every answer to any question they may have. The selection of books is definately a HUGE eye-opene. Anytime you are around LAX, you might wanna stop by here.

L A Intl Soccer Sports

When I needed the right colored shorts for a soccer game, this place saved my team the game! It might have been luck, but it was definately good timing, I'd hate to think what would have happened if they did not have the right shorts.

They have the latest cletes and soccer balls, and any safety equipment that is essential for playing soccer. They specialize in soccer and they do a terrific job!

Gardena Public Library

A decent library and Quiet, its nice to visit once in a while, and it sure is quiet mos times. They have a fine selection of books and they are good too, like Harry Potter, and the latest magazines too.

They dont have allot of comupters available, but the ones they have are more than a library could use. The only bad thing is that the order in wich the books are organized is a little messy. Other than that, its a great Library.
