Empire Glass
A long glass crack in my windshield of my car. I called around and found that there are a lot glass places, but only one that waived my $100 deductible and then give me buy one get on fre coupons to Sharis for a year. They came out to my office (they sub contract to people all over town). They were courteous and gave me good service.

Providence St Vincent Hospital
Wow! You would think that if you came into a hsopital for an emergency then the staff would take extra time to see you. This was not the case. We came in around 11:30 PM and then we had to sit in the waiting room with a restaurant style "beeper" for over 2 hours! Then when we were finally admitted, we waited another 2 hours till the staff there would attend to us. Not a good experience at all!
PROS: they took our insurance
CONS: long waiting time!
Chelsea Audio Video
Thier Plasma home entertainment system is the best! They wire in-ceiling theatre speakers (BOSE) right into your ceiling to give a theatre-like atmosphere. Their after service is spectacular, too. I broke the remote control and they were ablet to get us a replacement at a good cost.
PROS: Friendly staff...amazing systems!
CONS: VERY EXPENSIVE!
Columbia Woman's Clinic - Providence
If you need a good OB/GYN doctor, then look nor further. Dr. Payne is a great doctor who comes with amazing recommendations! She is caring, supportive and a good coach through the pregnancy process. She is helpful to her patients although it can be quite a wait to see her!

After my family practice doctor went on sabattical I was very upset and needed to find a new doctor. Imagine how pleaed I was to meet Dr. Bitts. She is a genuinely friendly doctor and one that I will be happy to see for the next year or so.

My husband was sick and we needed an urgent care doctor. Dr. Lisa Beattie was very kind and was able to see us on a short notice. The clinic there was accomodating, clean and was very kind.

They have a great city wide reputation as a good agency committed to their customers and good prices. On one the teams to E. Europe, they beat the competition by $400!!

At my office, we sent hundreds of volunteers around the world. Kim Moore is our agent of choice. She always has quick service, great accuracy, and always timely. They find good fares which are comprable to the internet sites. When you are stranded around the world, you are luck to have Kim on your side versus some unhelpful internet site.

New York Life
ALan may be new at the insurance business, but he is not a new at delivering incredible customer service. He does meetings in our home for our conveinence and New York Life delivers a superior life insurance. Although this was our first time to buy life insurance, Alan explained everything clearly and looks out for our best interest. I've recommended him to several of my friends, too!
PROS: Alan and the team at NY Life are the best!

It is not often that you think of a real estate agent as a friend...but everyone who has ever used Carl is so impressed by his customer service and his care for his clients. He even throws "open houses" for his new clients. He is especially good for first time homebuyers as he walks people through the whole process.
