Dr. Taylor was recommended to me by my Obstetrician who uses him as her personal doctor. He is so wonderful. His nurse spent alot of time going over my medical history. Dr. Taylor then spent a ton of time with me, going over everything. He answered questions in general terms and was very knowledgable, never condescending. They also have Saturday hours. A big plus for us.
Dr. Julius is always a pleasure to check in with for my little guy. Dr. Julius is so informed and helpful. He answers my questions and is great with my son. The office has helped us through a few insurance issues - scheduling procedures and have been very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them, their only issue is having to wait fa long time for an initial appointment.
Henry is a great guy who decided downtown Acworth was a great place to make a go of his business. Thanks Henry! We love the food, fun atmosphere. The servers are always helpful and this place is always hopping. The Downtown area has been revitalized in part because of Henry's. Parking is not so great, but worth the aggravation.
Plumbing Sales Incorporated is not what I would consider a good example of how to handle a small business. They are family run and boy are they full of drama. Inventory Issues, unreturned voicemails, unanswered phones, impollite staff, an owner who is not customer friendly. I would not get involved in any more transactions with them.
I went into this little shop and I was happy to see the staff was very concerned about sterilization. The staff was a little abrupt and not very gentle. The seats were all the massage chairs with the pedicure tubs built in. Very nice, but in the middle of August, they were all turned on and warmed which made me miserably hot during my pedicure. Prices were a little higher than other local places. Wouldn't go back.
They are hawking jewelry with too much attitude by the salespeople. They prices have gone sky high in the last five years and they have tried to cater to a different clientel and I guess they don't remember the people that helped them build their business. The repair shop used to be reasonable and helpful. Not so much these days. Oh well, another neighborhood shop that succumbed to the theory that the customer no longer counts.
Coming from the north, we were at a loss as to where to buy Catholic items and then we found Mary's Garden. They have a beautiful selection of items from Crucifixes to children's items to books and jewelry. They have a children's toy area so Mommy can shop and spend some time browsing. Staff is very nice and parking is abundant.
This shop actually moved last year and is located on Shallowford road which has a Roswell address. It's just across the street from the old location. Anyway, Santa and his wife own the shop and we love, love, love them. The store itself is full of an amazing array of collectibles and Christmas ormaments. During the holidays, Santa spends time with your kids and takes pictures and the picture isn't just like a mall photo, it is multiple shots to choose from. We love this Holiday tradition for our family.
Buckhead Burrito is a strange name for a Kennesaw restaurant but it is a great place although parking is scarce and dangerous (Cherokee Street can be very busy). The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is friendly. It is a counter service and the menu hangs above so take a look when you get in there. They move quick so get ready. It is ordered to your exact request on the spot. Yummy! Too few tables though.
Berry Patch Farm is a seasonal farm that is on Arnold Mill Road in Woodstock. You may drive right by and not know it was there so be on the lookout. The farm grows Christmas Trees, pumpkins and blueberries. The trees are very expensive to us but it is an experience to cut your own tree. The tractor takes you out to the land to pick your own pumpkin too. We have never been there for bluberry season.
