Toys R Us

This is a pretty good Toys R Us. It is large with a decent layout. There are clothes as well, a good selection and great prices. You can find pretty much anything you would ever need, toys, bikes, videos, video games, board games, ect! The staff isn't overly helpful, there are times you need to trek down an employee, but once you find one, they can help with most anything. They have restrooms that aren't that clean, my daughter wouldn't go there. Parking is great and plentiful!

Marbles Kids Museum

This is a great place for young kids! They can play pretend and be whatever they wish. They can dress up and have a play, be a fireman, doctor, grocer, chef, princess, whatever they want! It is a lot of fun, my youngest loves the water and toys and my oldest love the castle to play princess. It is a bit on the spendy side, but well worth it when it is super hot. An hour is just about enough time to see everything and enjoy. Parking is pretty good, you can usually find a spot right away, if not, there is plenty of street parking nearby.

Baby Gap

This is such a cute store! The outfits are so sweet and at a reasonable price. The staff is always very nice, they always come up to my girls and talk to them and engage in conversation with you. The one problem with this store is the aisle are so small, I have a hard enough time driving my single stroller in there, forget the double side by side one. Everything is layed out so well, girls on the left, boys on the right and the infant layette in the back.

PROS: friendly, reasonable prices, very cute clothes
CONS: small, small aisles

Goodberry's Frozen Custard

Some people mistake this for soft icecream, but it is custard. I have noticed most people either really like it or don't at all. I think it is yummy and they will mix fruit, nuts, m&m's etc in it, which makes it super good!

Hungates Creative Toys & Hobbies

My husband loves this store, he builds model cars and he can find anything he needs here. They have everything from model cars, RC cars, boats, trains to playmobile. They have a great selection and a great staff, they are always very plesant and helpful!

Pet SuperMarket

We came here to buy my daughter a hermit crab and was very pleased with the selection. They have everything you could need for pretty much any pet. The staff is very knowledgable and very willing to sit and talk with you about everything you need to know about caring for your pet.

Kids Together Park

This is a great park! It has different sections for all ages, the little kids have a small area with swings and a nice sandbox and the big kids have two different areas to run around and climb. There is a big picnic area that is covered to stay out of the sun to eat your lunch, the parking is ample and there are restrooms. Also, little benches to sit on around the park. Very fun for the kids!

Bruster's Real Ice Cream

We LOVE coming here during the summer. The have tons of flavors and they change constantly, so you could try a different flavor everytime. They also have floats, shortcakes, shakes, cakes, etc. Also, if your child is 40 inches and under, they get a free baby cone, which they put little candy eyes on them. The staff is mostly teens, most are very friendly, a few didn't seem to want to be there. All the icecream is made fresh and so delicious! They also have some tables and benches for you to eat your icecream at!

A C Moore Arts & Crafts Store

This is the best store for anything you need for crafts! They have everything from scrapbooking, kniting, wood projects, kids crafts, art supplies, fabirc, cake making, I could go on and on! They also have holiday crafts for each holiday, magaizines and a very helpful staff. They are always there to help and eager to talk about your projects with you. On the weekends there is a little craft area for the kids to make and take home.

Party City

We went here to pick up party supplies for my daughters first birthday. I was surprised with how many choices we had! They have many choices for girls and boys, even adult parties. Everything is a great price too! There is also a HUGE balloon selection, at least 1-2 per theme! Staff is nice and parking is great!
