We purchased a fairly expensive plasma television set, and had the worst experience. First they claimed it was back ordered, and it would arrive in one week. They never called us to say it hadn't come in, and when we called, they were very rude to us. They claimed they had no idea when they would receive any of the stock we had ordered, and it could be a few months before it arrived. Not only did we receive the utmost rude service, they charged our credit card the day we ordered the item, and we began building up interest in the credit card--but still we had no merchandise. Please save a hassle for yourself and try Circuit City or Best Buy.
I used to attend this club for tennis lessons, and that was about 8 years ago. The facility needed updating. For the price they charge, they should provide better equipment.
We had to return a mattress that didn't fit right, and they were great at allowing us a full refund. We weren't too happy of the lack of customer service when you enter the store. It took 10 minutes to get the attention of the clerk to answer some questions.
I did enjoy the layout of this mall right off Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo, but there just weren't as many stores as I had hoped. The only real coffee place was in Nordstrom's, but it was sufficient. Easy parking, which is a plus.
As a former UO student, I frequently shopped at the UO bookstore for school supplies. However, as a non-student, it is not the ideal place to pick up memorabilia. It is too crowded, parking is almost impossible to find (and all metered), and the selection is small. Go to the duck shop in valley river center if you want to buy t-shirts, stickers, etc.
When setting up new utility service at a house or apartment in Eugene, you have to choose EWEB (Eugene Water and Electric Board). In that sense I think they have a monopoly over the city, however, they do provide good customer service. Friendly staff on the phone and not too pushy.
I've always received top-notch service at Kendall. They provide a free car wash with every service/oil change, and are very friendly. However, there is always a wait when you enter the dealership and it takes a while to get an appt over the phone. I'm not sure why they can't handle crowds, but it's something they need to improve on.
I definitely recommend looking for a pet at Lane County Animal Reg. because of the good work the agency does. They track down abusers of animals and care for the pets left behind. Fairly cheap adoption fees too.
