Rustys Window Cleaning
We have ALOT of windows in our home..BUT.. the biggest one is in our living room. It is a picture window that is 12 feet long and 5 feet high!! So we were a little concerned about the price and safety of cleaning so many windows especially our living room window. But we sure did the right thing in choosing Rusty to do the job. He did it himself along with two of his workers. They not only cleaned our windows but they cleaned the screens and the window sills. They did a superb job in record time. They covered our furniture and they moved the furniture so as to get close to the windows. They were friendly and very careful not to break any of the windows. Our windows look great and the product that they used left a clean, fresh smell. The price to clean all of the windows,15 in all, plus the huge one in the living room, plus all of the screens and window sills was only $110..well worth the money considering the amount of windows and the size.
They did a fantastic job. We highly recommed them to anyone that needs that type of work done.

Music World
This business has THE BEST SALES EVER!! We bought our used piano here, but it is so well taken care of that it is hard to tell that it is used. Plus the owner of the company took the time to tune it himself before we even left the store. He also offered to take the piano back in the following years and let us use it toward the purchase of a brand new piano. There was such a huge selection of used piano's in the upstairs of the building that it took us a long time to make our selection but the owner was right by our side to help us. The cost of the piano that we bought was only $900 plus they delivered it to our home for free..AND.. he gave us a free piano stool. There is a nice parking lot right in front of the store. We just loved the owner of the business. He told us that he had owned the business for over 40 years. I read in the paper recently that he finally sold the business. We really hope that the new owners follow in the footsteps of the man that was so graious to us when we bought our lovely piano.

Monster Framing & Art Gallery
When we first unpacked all of our boxes when moving into our new home in Las Vegas, we discovered that we had so many pictures that needed to have frames in order to display them on our new walls. We found this business, although it was way out in Henderson, it was the best place for selection.
We found some of the most unique frames and framing materials of all different colors and textures. They even gave us a discount because we chose so many frames. Their prices are rather on the expensive side but considering what you are getting it was well worth the price, plus with their discount that made it even better. The saleslady helped us measure and showed us how to create really nice settings.
Our picture wall looks fantastic!! We really don't do alot of art work ourselves but there was so much fun art objects that it has inspired us to take another visit out there and perhaps find a project that would be fun for us to get involved with. The parking is good and the staff is very helpful.
PROS: Wonderful selection of picture frames and other art objects

Foot Care Clinic
We first went to this clinic because my husband is a diabetic
and he had some problems with his feet due to his illness. They treated him with alot of care and excellant medical attention. They also accepted our insurance company. Before they even charged us they gave my husband a free evaluation and told him what the treatments would consist of and how much it would cost so we were able to make the decision to proceed on our own. They have been located in the same location for over 20 years so they are very established with free and easy parking. The doctor was so good in treating my husband that I also went to him for pain I was having in the arch of my right foot. He cured the pain just by manipulating my foot. It was amazing!! We both highly recommend this foot clinic and the staff, as they are so kind.

washington mutual home loans
We were told what paperwork would be needed to complete our loan with Washington Mutual Loan Department and we were prepared when we arrived for our appt. to turn in our paperwork. But our loan officer had failed to show-up for our appt. and had not bothered to call us. After sitting for approx. 30 mins. we were told that he would not be coming in on that day, even though he had set the time for our appt. The story gets worse but the end result is that we finally got our home loan. Washington Mutual is a good organization but the loan officer was very rude and unprofessional.
PROS: Washington Mutual is good.
CONS: The loan officer was rude, unprofessional and very slow
DISCOUNT MEDICAL SUPPLIES
First of all this business is family owned which is rare to find anymore in big cities such as Las Vegas. Because of this the customers get personal assistence and are made to feel important. The staff readily answered all of our questions as to the proper equipment that my husband would need for our home to meet his medical requirements after his surgery. Their prices are wonderful..very reasonable. They have a HUGE warehouse full of every type of medical equipment imaginable. Plus, if a piece of equipment breaks they will fix it for you. This is a great place for people who are in need of some of the same types of equipments that are found in hospitals to buy for their homes. Whether you are in need of just crutches or a big bed that rolls up and down then this is the place for you.

Bertram Maintenance & Repairs
What we liked about calling this company is that they are bonded and insured. Usually in this type of work a person does not get a company that is bonded. That fact alone made us feel more comfortable when selecting them to build-up an existing brick wall in our backyard. Not only did they arrive at our home promptly after our first phone call to them, but they gave us an estimate that was lower than previous companies that we had called. They got the job completed in just one day and the wall looks fabulous. They were careful not to build it too high so as not to break the City Code Laws.
They workers were fast and friendly and if they had to come into our home they made sure to clean their shoes before entering our home.
We will recommend them to anyone that wants a home job completed in a fast and accurate mannor.

Ace Limousine & Charter Service
We called our favorite cab company a few days ago andafter waiting 2 hours and many phone calls we decided to call another cab company. The add in the yellow pages for Ace advertised limousine services but since their company was so close to our home we gave them a call to inquire about cab services. Luckly they do have a cab service. Not only did they answer their phone much quicker than the company that we usually use but they were very friendly and felt bad that we had been waiting two hours for a cab so they put a rush on our order. A cab arrived within 15 mins. of our call. The driver was friendly,the cab was clean and we enjoyed the air conditioned ride to downtown. The driver did not try to take the long route in order to make more money and he did not drive fast like so many of the cab drivers around Las Vegas. We have found a new "favorite" cab company.

Nevada Title Co
Seeing as how Las Vegas is the fastest growing city in America it makes sense that escrows are taking longer and longer but when you use a Title Company that is over whelmed with closing and under-staffed it makes it even a longer wait and that is what is happening at Nevada Title Company. It seems that the paper work just sits at the closing agents desk for weeks before they notify you that they need even more information. They get their pay at closing regardless at how long they take to get to closing. I think next time we will use a bigger Title Company that has more employees. The employees at Nevada Title are very nice but they just have too many clients to deal with which makes the closing seem to take a very long time. Although, when all of the work is complete it has been done correctly.

Flower Power
We like to use The Flower Power Florist because it is right across the street from our home and they really do go out of their way to please the recipient. One thing that they specialize in are Teddy Bears. Their shop is small but it is filled to the brim with all kinds of darling bears. Many different colors and shapes of bears. They make a nice added gift to send along with the flowers. The flowers here are always fresh and look so vivid. They are an FDS Florist so they are able to send flowers all over the U.S.A. You get personal attention at this business because the owner takes care of you. They remembered my name the first time that I ordered something there. The next time that I came in they called me by name. I was impressed by that. Their prices are compatable to other florist in Las vegas. They are located in a small shopping center so there is free and easy parking.
PROS: Friendly, family attention. Wonderful Teddy bears to choose from.
