El Pollo Loco

Yes, I love thier chicken, I always ask for it well done, as then I never worry about it being raw.
The staff are all very friendly and are there to help, no matter how busy the restaurant is.
The chicken has been maranaited, at least it taste like it, in any orange juice base. I do not care for the new Chili Orange sauce, that is all it is, a sauce that has been poured over it. They need to cook the sauce into the meat, for a while.
The salsa bar is very good, cups are small, but I understand why. I would like to see small bags to put your cups into after filling them up. Throwing them into your large sack, makes for a mess upon arriving home.
The reastaurant has always been very clean, inside as well as outside. I have never gone thru drive thru, so I am not able to comment on how well they work.

PROS:
CONS: Cook the newest sauce into the Chicken instead of pouring it on.,

Zabas Mexican Grill

I went here for the second time and remember why I had not been here more often.
The food, as well as the tortilla, was cold. I had ordered the Burrito, I took it back to the manager to be heated up. They are not able to heat anything, the manager said, "it is cold because you had salsa, sour cream and lettuce put on it"!
Now does this make sense to you, me either. The manager did make me a new one, and stirred the rice to make sure it was hot, but the food was not as hot as it should be. The manager did give me my cold burrito back, which was nice.
I must admit the tortilla chips are excellant.

Nevada School Of Massage Thrpy

This school is the best that I have had massages at. The students are very attentive to your needs as they inquire as to what areas need special attention to.
I have taken several family members with me, which they are all melted as they exit the massage room.
I receive coupons in the mail, a two for one special. I usually go early and leave my name, they let me know when I am to return, which is great as I don't have to sit and wait.
Mother's Day was a long wait, but lunch helped out on that.

PROS:
CONS: They need to open up evenings or better yet afternoon times.

Sheridans Frozen Custard

How wonderful this ice cream is. We took the 3 children with us, which they loved. They even have free sample ice creams to try.
The ice cream is very creamy and smooth. The place looked very clean inside and all the employees were helpful, they were busy but kept checking to see if customers needed help.
The prices were fair, the amount you received was huge, too large for me.

Chuck E Cheese's

I took my granddaughter and 2 great nieces there, yes I agree it was a bit over whelming but the children loved it. I was impressed when we entered and were all stamped with the same number and they checked all numbers to make sure they matched as we left.
The salad was good, pizza was so so, but then again this place is for the children to play and have a good time.
I noticed the employees were attentive to all kids, making sure no one was being rough, they even took care of 2 crying lost children. Will I return, yes, with ear plugs you bet :)

Romanos MacAroni Grill

I must say, this place is wonderful. They often have a Parmesan encrusted Fish dish, that melts in your mouth.
The bread with the olive oil is great, no basalmic please!
The prices are reasonable, the place is clean as well as the restrooms.
The servers are always clean and smiling. If they arent smiling, they will be after having fun customers.
I often purchase gift certificates, and let people who have not eaten there, yet, try it...

Marie Callenders Restaurants & Bakeries

I was the one who would rate them on service, food, cleaness, etc.
The food wasn't always hot, service was slow, even when they weren't busy.
The restrooms were always messy, even though the chart on the door said it had just been checked.
Since I have stopped being a Secret Shopper I have not eaten at Marie Callenders for the reasons listed

Cafe Caubo

If you don't mind waiting in line to place your order, this is the best place to be.
Thier prices are very good, the amount of food you receive is unbelieveable. The salads are just as good.
I do hope they keep of the good work, as we will keep coming back, who knew a place like this could be here in Henderson.....

CONS: I saw an employee, blow his nose and not wash his hands, glove was put on

T-Bird Lounge

The service is wonderful and attentive. I have eaten there several times, trying varis items, so far all is very good.
We also like to meet on Fridays at the bar, for just a couple of drinks and to eat as well. The staff is friendly and remembers your face and what you like to drink, that is nice in this town.
They have opened a new T Birds on Blue Dimond and am looking forward to visiting it as well

Quiznos

We puchased 2 of thier advertised sandwhiches, they sure weren't like the ones on television.
The bread was stale, so we had to pull the meat off and try and eat it, it was rubbery.
I did not call and complain, I don't believe it would have done any good.
I know I won't be back again...
