I went to Eastern Podiatry because my feet hurt. I was told that I had plantar fasciitis (with little inquiry into my specific experiences) and given a sheet of paper telling me what to do. I could have Googled foot pain and found the same information! I was also given a shot (its contents were not discussed with me) in each of my feet and not told of the side effects which I've read can be significant. I was also disappointed with the staff as they were unkind talking to me about my pain and couldn't tell me why I was charged different amounts on different visits.

I gave them another try on my second visit but I was again disappointed. When I told the doctor my feet felt the same after stretching and icing for two weeks he told me that it actually takes six weeks before my feet would heel. If they were going to take six weeks, why was I told to come back in two!? He told me to keep doing what I was doing and charged me for a full office visit (a total waste). Further, the orthodics he recommended made my feet hurt worse. I took them out today and my heels haven't been hurting as they did with the orthodics.

I'd say save your money and Google "foot pain." If your feet still hurt, don't go to Eastern Podiatry!

The T-shirt Diner

I love the idea of this store but I was so disappointed when I they did my shirt wrong. I asked for vinyl material and they gave me the "flock." I didn't notice until I got home and when I went back, they said they were out of the vinyl but they upgraded me instead. I said I didn't want this so they said come back later. Long story short, three months later and after three attempts to exchange my shirt for what my receipt says I ordered, they haven't had the correct material to complete the exchange nor are they willing to refund my incorrect order.

I highly recommend avoiding this store. As tempting as their offering might be, you'll be gambling with your money.

I like Dr. Reardon, he knows what he is talking about and he is an extremely nice man. I have had success with my orthodontic treatment. The office is designed for children (not so much adults) but I feel welcome nonetheless.

George Bonn LTD

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Doctor Bonn and had no problems what-so-ever. He explained everything very nicely before the procedure. He knocked me out with gas but still numbed my gums so I wouldn't feel anything when I woke up. I only used pain killers the first day (as a precaution) but didn't need any the rest of the time. He called later that evening to see how things were going and to answer any questions that I had. The whole thing was so much better than I had expected and I attribute it to the great doctor. He is an excellent doctor and I reccommend him to everyone I know that is considering having their wisdom teeth removed.

Lids Locker Room

This company makes SO much profit that you would think they'd try and bring more to the store's than the do. It's unfortunate they really are the only sports apparel store in Las Vegas and almost everything you see people wearing around town came from a Front Row Sports. They have an ok selection, but they never have what I'm really looking for to stand out because they buy so many of the same styles in bulk to keep their costs down. If you can buy it online, you should (and if you must, buy from Front Row's eBay store and get it for cheaper so they don't get more of your money)!

Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy

They do good work at this clinic. I went here for a shoulder injury and while it was grueling, I got my shoulder back to strength and the muscle I built helps prevent any further injury to my shoulder. They are open late so you won't need to take off of work to attend.

Galleria Urgent Care

I used to go here all the time for minor issues because they were open so early in the morning and stayed open so late and they were good. However, I don't even know the hours they work anymore because they are so few. I think they are open the whole week for a total of like 10 hours. I think it is ridiculous and no longer go to Galleria because even if you catch them when they're in, you'll probably still wait 2 hours to see the doctor. All in all it's NOT worth it.

A 1 Concrete Cutting

I know this company from my little brothers Eagle Project where they donated their time and equipment. They came out on a weekend to demolish an old building that was getting in the way of a children's playground and carted it away for free. They were very professional and willing to work with the scouts. They got there a half hour before anybody else got there and they were ready to go. They did an exceptional job for a great cause, I'm sure they'll do the same quality of work for you.

Great Buns Bakery

I've been buying from Great Buns for years and they still have that touch! They have every baked item you can THINK of (my favorites are their cinnamon rolls)! Their prices on everything are already good but they give my church even bigger discounts at the end of the week for us to sell items at our bake sales. They really are good people and bake great breads!

McGhies

They've been around forever in Las Vegas because they know their stuff. I liked them better when they had a location on the South East part of town, but it's still worth going out to the Sahra location. They did a good job when they fixed my bike years ago. For the snow sports, they carry everything you need for the entire season and have a great staff that can answer your questions (they don't hire people that don't know what they are talking about). I am a big fan of the rental program they have for ski's and snowboards.
