This place is great. A WIDE selection of beers to choose from and Monday nights are their discounted burger nights (so long as you get a drink). The atmosphere is very relaxed and the servers are all very courteous. There is a bar area downstairs with billiards and TVs and on the ground level is the restaurant, with a main area and a more secluded back area with a nice view out onto Main Street. A wide menu selection of food with great things to get.
PROS: Great food!
CONS: Can be a bit pricey!
Countless times, this particular towing company has made the news and is the topic of many very angry conversations. Stories of these guys towing you while you are STILL IN YOUR CAR, for one example. I was parked for no more than 10 minutes to drop by, pick up a friend and go out in a designated parking area. Yes, that was my first mistake, and I will accept that-- however, upon calling Peaco within a minute of seeing my car gone, I was spoken to like some kind of moron, then found out my car was not even a mile away, just pulling out of the area from towing my car, and they wouldn't return it. I could have paid it and got it back, but they said that I had to pay $100 dollars if I wanted it back that night (after 11pm), or come in the next day and pay $65. I asked where this place was and I was told "School Street, just take Staples Mill" and was hung up on. After finally getting there the next day, I was told I could not take the car back until I had proof of insurance since the car is not registered under my name, but I am under the insurance policy. I was talked to like a used car sucker, that he is trying to help me out and that no other towing company in the area is this lenient, which is not true. If you want to be talked to like a sucker, and put up with shady business from the git-go, then leave your car parked an inch into a no parking zone-- Teaco just may sneak up and take your car even with the engine still running. I was charged $205 to get my car back.

Aside from the location being either great or terrible based on traffic, the actual place and service is above average. They don't rip you off and treat you like an average joe than a sucker. They do top-notch work-- just to be sure, get their estimate price and some others because I have gotten a good deal from them before.
Very courteous and professional group of people work here. I just wish the ATM had envelopes and the ability to deposit money at all hours without having to retrieve envelopes and such at other times, my job makes it hard to go during the day. Otherwise, fantastic branch!
I like them a little better in comparison to Chanello's down the street, but service wise we weren't treated very well. They had made an error with our food and had to wait an extra 10 minutes... then while we waited offered us a smaller pizza to us for our troubles then wanted to charge us for it. We did not really know what was going on or what the point was, but we eventually got what we wanted and it did taste quite amazing. I recommend this place but just don't be surprised if you get somewhat odd service.
The subs we got the last time we were there were very good, the service was just a tad sub-par though. The prices aren't too bad. They are open late for those late-night snackers, which is awesome for some of us out there. I recommend Assante's over Chanello's, but by no means is this place "bad." If you are closer to Chanello's, go for it, they still make great, GREAT food.
This is seriously the best bbq I've had in a LONG time. The prices were decent, but to get really full be ready to dish out around 10 bucks. I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich and jalapeno corn fries-- these guys know how to satisfy!
PROS: AMAZING FOOD
CONS: Slightly pricy... but worth it!
ALWAYS excellent service. The chips and salsa are delicious and the prices are very nice. You get your refills automatically without waiting and asking and the food is brought rather quickly too. Of all the times we've gone (which is a lot), we've rarely actually waited more than a minute. It is a nice atmosphere and the service is just plain friendly. I highly recommend this place to all others in the Richmond area. The nachos and side order of tacos are amazing!
It's a decent sized place, but not really that big compared to most other Tower stores. The staff, to no surprise being that it's Tower, is not always nice. Snobby music geeks from college kids to middle aged know-it-alls who do not like to help you. There are occasionally some nice people though, so it is wrong of me to generalize. The prices are steep too. I have been able to find some things in here that you definitely can't at other places, so if you absolutely MUST have something and it's here, eh, get it. Try other places first, though, or even look on Amazon.com's used section or half.com too.
I was thoroughly surprised. A friend told me about this place because she could bring her dog there and the food was good. I was already interested. Upon trying the burgers, they were EXCELLENT and I was impressed. Some of the employees there look rather filthy, though. I sort of contemplated whether I wanted my burger or not after looking at the guy cooking my food. The girl taking my order was less than pleasant but she wasn't a jerk, I guess. Other than the somewhat dirty looking staffers, the place is great.
