JC Penny is a large store with clothing, shoes, and accessories for everyone in the family. Usually they have racks of clearance or final sale clothing. Some of those things are great deals so you just have to look them over.
Everytime you go to Shopko you are bound to find clearances in every department. Some of these even turn out to be a really good deal, usually on something you weren't planning on getting. It is fun to walk around the store sometimes just to see what you find.
No one could go into Sam's CLub without finding something. They have a grocery store, clothing, media and entertainment, computer supplies, office supplies, furniture, and more. The groceries are in bulk, which is great for a big family or someone who entertains a lot because most of thoe items turn out to be a great deal.
Target has lots of things for around the house. Everything from bedding, to bathroom, to kitchen, to outdoors. Their best products are these household items. They do carry clothes, toys, electronics, health and beauty, and some snacks. They have a new policy though that when you bring back something without a receipt you must exchange it for something from that department. You can't even receive store credit for later.
Kohl's always has sales going on, and extra percents off the clearance racks, and coupon promotions or senior citizen's day. WIth all these discounts you can really stock up on clothes, shoes, bed and bath products, kitchenware, and accessories for not a lot of money. Everything there holds up real well too. The junior's clothes are always quite small though.
Stein's goes to a huge percentage off the Christmas stock after New Years. This would be great except for the fact that you are not allowed to open boxes to make sure products work and are not broken. Then if you get home and they are there is nothing the store will do about it. You can get nice things for floral arrangements after the holidays, but other than that I wouldn't reccommend risking it.
Simon's Specialty Cheese has very delicious cheese. You can get packages that aren't too overpriced for being from a specialty store. They also have gifts from WIsconsin, jewelry, and other foods.
Payless Shoesource has a huge variety of shoes, including mens, womens, and childrens. They have styles that everyone would like, sporty, dressy, and casual. They aren't priced too bad, and often have sales on select pairs.
Super Bowl is a fun family activity in the winter or on a rainy day. They have great parking and aren't too far off the highway. The lanes and inside of the building are clean so you aren't grossed out while spending an afternoon there.
Jo Ann Fabrics has a great variety of fabrics, different textures and colors. They have almost any kind of fabric you could be looking for. The staff is very helpful at making sure you are able to accomplish this too.
