Christopher & Banks
My wife loves the clothes at Christopher and Banks. They have lots of outfits already put together with accessories and the people there are really helpful with putting together the right pieces to make a great looking gift, or to purchase for yourself.
Scheel's All Sports
If you have the time you should go to Scheels just to see the store. It is quite unique and large inside. The only sporting goods store in this area that is two stories tall. WIth all that space, they are able to fill it up. They even have most college and high school apparel, not even too overpriced compared to other stores that arry those types of clothes.
Payless ShoeSource # 6754
Payless has a lot of shoes, most of which aren't too high priced. They do offer a lot of shoes for men, but not always things that all men would like. They have more brown and dressy shoes for men.
Stein's Garden & Home
Stein's Garden and Gift does not really have a great selection. They do sell a lot, but the plants are not real great and do not have a good guarentee on them. Their inside is getting old and does not offer newer items.
Vande Hey Co INC
Vande Hey's has a large selection of plants, even largers ones. They are reasonably priced for what you are getting. The staff there is friendly and knows what they are talking about and can help answer questions.
Gordmans
Gordman's has a huge store that is full of items. They have clothes there, but I prefer to buy the decorations and things for the home. They are pretty inexpensive, but you wou;dn't guess that because they are good quality and look nice.
Kohl's
Kohl's has great sales all the time, and great quality to go with it. The store is well lit so it makes you happier and feel more like shopping. The sales lerks there are always friendly and helpful when you need something.
Jcpenney
Unlike stores such as Target and Shopko, JC penny is a more peaceful shopping experience. It is not overly crowded with all the noise. It is more of a ritsy shopping without the cost. They always have sales so things are pried too bad.
Marshall Fields
Marshall Fields is a large store, two floors. They have a lot of expensive clothes, shoes, and accessories for men, women, and children. They have a really nice kitchen and home department though. You can always find a cool gadget, usually high priced though.
Blockbuster Video
Blockbuster is very nice inside, it is kept clean and new looking. They always have new releases in stock and if they are out, they often give vouchers to rent it free next time you are there.
