Art N Coffee From The Heart

Enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere ; prices are good ; food is good also. Nice friendly personnel. Very knowledgeable on products . Coffee is good if not better than their competator, nice relaxed. Great for lunch or just a pick-me-up.

Santa Fe Station Hotel/casino

New owners, new decor, more machines, but it is not as much fun. Food court needs to be updated, need the buffet back. Rude employee (s ) . A friend from out of state was visiting, we went to the cafe ( good food as usual and great service ). While walking to the cafe she needed to sit down as she has had hip surgeries x 3 . The change lady asked if we were going t o play. I was embarassed at her attitude. In order to get your " free" items you need a certain amount of points and spend so much money $$$$ each day/,month. If you are on a limited income you have to watch all your $$$ and cents. I will spend my hard earned $ somewhere else.

Barnes & Noble Booksellers

From the time I go in the door until I leave with my purchases. I am treated very nicely. The staff knows the location ( s ) of what I am looking for , if they do not have the item they will order it for you, prices are good. Compared to other stores they are will adversed with the new editions and inventory. Good choice ( s ).

The friendly staff, the clean restaurant and freshness of the menu items great. Being a senior citizen they treat you with respect. Alway a friendly greeting when entering . The location is very well trained in all areas.

The food is good ,however, the service very slow. Everytime I get a take out order they can never get the order correct ( how difficult is it to not get a chicken snacker made correctly ? )or they do not understand paying the correct amount, they tried to give me change. Always a new staff. Need more training.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

This resturant is not responsible at all. I paid with a credit card and the server took it to the the register, a lengthly time went by. I asked for my card They could not find it, I was upset but did not make a big issue, as I should have. Finally after I returned home ( still no card ) the manager called to say they had found my card. I returned to the restaurant only to be treated very rudely and given an envelope with ten $1.00 coupons, which you could only use one per visit. I called the credit card company and told them I refused to pay the amount charged to my account. Will not recommend this place at all.

Wendy's

Having lived in the state where Wendy's corporate office is located. Dave would fire everyone and start all over. The service at this location is terrible. They can not take the order, and can not count change or understand the English language. I understand they need their job but please learn how to train the staff better. We seniors citizen need to be treated better.

Smith's Food & Drug Ctr

I have lived here for six years, when I found that Smith's was owned by Kroger I was thrilled. I lived in the mid west and had shopped Kroger's. I am even happier with Smith's and they carry the Kroger brands. The prices, cleanliness of the store, friendlyness of the staff and selection is great. If you can not find a certain item they will order it for you. Super place. The photo lab is the best, they are friendly and call me by my name. The photos are nice quality. Photo prices are great !!!I

True Value Hardware

This store is a great old fashion hardware/lumber store. I have been to the bigger "name" stores where we were rudely treated. You are treated nicely even if you only need to buy a few small items. They make suggestions that are helpful and do not PRESURE you into buying something unuseful . Sometimes Bigger is not always better. GREAT STORE

Star Nursery Inc

Everyone at Star is helpful and great prices also. If you have a question they will find you the correct answer, e-mails are returned promptly. I could never grow plants, roses,trees. We had a problem with grass not growing in the backyard, they recommended Bermuda sod and now we must mow at least twice weekly. Beautiful yard !!!! We always try to take advantage of the Senior Citizen Day where prices are fantastic.
