Their prices are fairly competitive compared to major outlets and online retailers. I was able to build a full PC for a friend at more than $30 -40 cheaper than a pre-built system you buy at your local retailer with much better parts.
Their store isn't big, thus the selection of products they carry isn't huge, but seems to me that they're intent on concentrating on "brand name" products with stability and reliability foremost on mind, they just don't put up any old product solely because of it's price. This has payed off in the long run since I build multiple systems for friends and family (added support, broken returns and hassle)
All in all I think their store is well worth a visit if you live close to one of their locations. Their store displays aren't flashy but they're clean and very well organized!

CONS: Selection of products are a little limited
