Excalibur Hotel & Casino
One of the only good things about this hotel is that it is cheap. The room we stayed in was pretty clean, it wasn't at all luxurious, unlike some of the other hotels on The Strip. I think this is a good family hotel (how ironic because it is Vegas). The hotel is definitely pretty old. I don't know if I want to come back again.
Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
The location of this hotel totally rocks--it is right in the middle of the strip! Anyways, the hotel is nice and it reminds me of home. The room we stayed in was okay, I think some of the other hotels on The Strip have better rooms. Still, our room was clean and comfy. Casino here was nice and I enjoyed playing (and losing $500, lol) here.
Planet Dailies
My kids loved the theme of this hotel because they sure do love Aladdin! This hotel was very glamorous and luxurous. Our room was pretty big and comfy and clean. The staff here was exceptional. The food was okay, it was mostly overpriced and I've had better. This hotel is in the center of the Strip, which rocks!
New York New York Hotel Casino Parking Garage
This hotel is amazing. Me and my kids absolutely loved the roller coaster here. The Strip is easily accessible from this hotel. The restaurants here are very expensive (in my opinion) and don't even have the best food. The room we stayed in was comfy and clean. Service here was excellent.
Salon Bellagio
This hotel is elegant and gorgeous. The fountains in front of it are just amazing. The casino here was pretty nice. I loved my room. We stayed in one of the more expensive rooms, but I think it was worth the money. Some of the staff here was nice, some of them weren't. I really liked the pool here, I couldn't get my kids out of it.
Bay Side Buffet
I am in love with this hotel. I want to marry it. The staff here was wonderful. The ammenities were amazing! The room overall was clean and nice and comfortable. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, so that is convenient. The room had a great view of The Strip. I spent a lot of time swimming in the pools.
Rice & Company
The room we stayed in was fancy-shmancy. It was clean and had a nice bathroom. This hotel looks awesome from the outside, and it's pretty awesome from the inside as well. The staff here was friendly and courteous. Casino was not bad all in all I can't wait to go back here!
The Buffet at MGM Grand
This is a pretty good buffet. While the lines were really long (especially because we went there on a holiday), the food there was good. Pretty expensive though, but what did you expect, it's MGM! I really liked the shrimp there. The desserts were good too. Overall, a pretty good selection of food.
Tribeca Grand Hotel
This is an extremely nice hotel. The staff here is really nice. I really enjoyed my stay. The room overall was nice and comfy. The room rates are really expensive here though, but hey, it's New York City, what do you expect? The room was clean. Bellhops were nice. There was a TV in the bathroom which was so cool.
Hotel Vertigo
This hotel is like 5 blocks from Union Square, which is pretty convenient. I enjoyed the continental breakfast, it was so much easier eating breakfast there than finding a Starbucks at eight in the morning. The staff was pretty helpful and friendly. Not bad for the price though; will probably stay here again.
