Highly recommend this place for your east end wedding reception. Everything was perfect and went smoothly. My husband wanted pigs in blankets (just cause he loves them), and they made us our own tray. they are great!
PROS: Excellent Service, beautiful grounds
CONS: not many hotels in the area
Can get your clothes the next day (after moving from queens where it was typically a 3 day wait at least). They even let me charge a $3 bill (where they typically want a higher bill) so I could use it for my UPromise earnings.
They are also the only dry cleaner by the LIRR station (I think) that is open early for before-work drop offs!
PROS: Fast Service, Upromise Merchant
We go here often, its great and right on the water next to the marina. I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here - and they were great. The food was also delicious.
PROS: Good food and service for the price. Nice atmosphere
We just moved to the area and tried their pastries for our first holiday here. We loved them. There of course was a line out the door on the busy days, but the staff worked hard to get everyone what they needed. Although they ran out of some things, everything we got (honey balls, cookies) were awesome
PROS: Great staff and baked goods
CONS: should bake more for the big holidays so they don't run out
We loved going here for flowers, I drive by here every day for work and the displays are always lovely. They do a great job. The staff is also very helpful.
PROS: Beautiful flowers
Our agents were actually the seller's agents, but they were very nice. They came by after a month to drop off a 'welcome present' and we get holiday cards and even a 'congrats on your 1 year anniversary in your new home' card. They were very nice and easy to deal with. If you are looking in Lindenhurst, they are a nice office to deal with.
We used them for a year - basically because the used to service our house before we bought it and figured it would be easiest. Their prices were good, but when ever we requested something actually be fixed, instead of them just coming by and looking around, we always got the run around.
Also, when we asked them to come by and fix a fuel gauge - it was close to the end of our contract term - the mentioned that we've 'only been customers for a year', so why should they go out of their way for us?
We switched to Slomins (will review next) and they have been wonderful so far.
Also when they bill you, they put on the bill the market rate, not your CONTRACT rate, so you basically have to go through the math all over again. A small inconvience, that again, my new company doesn't make me go through.
PROS: good prices.
CONS: poor customer service
You can dine in/take out and they have a tempting selection of lottery scratch offs by the register :)
Their food was good, we enjoyed their wontons and dumplings. I also enjoyed their chicken lomein combination plate. the wonton soup was also very good.
Overall a solid place for easy chinese food. And it is right next door to a Hollywood video - makes for an easy night in!
We enjoyed eating here one weekend afternoon while strolling through Babylon's main street village. The pizza had plentiful varieties, and we enjoyed their BBQ wing chicken pizza (Hot wing flavored chicken and blue cheese as toppings). Was delicious!
Great food - we love the sausage&cabbage soup and their stuffed clams (they have bits of scallops and shrimps in the mix as well as clams).
Beers and other fare are good as well. A great place to stop on Main St. in Riverhead!
