I called San Francisco Pet Hospital a few weeks ago when my pet rabbit was sick, and although they told me that they could not help her, I was able to get recommendations for good rabbit hospitals in the area (this was done over the phone). The person who was assisting me seemed genuinely concerned about my pet, and that really touched me. My rabbit thanks the San Francisco Pet Hospital.
Definitely check out the "Farm Fresh to You" box, offered by Capay Organic. The "Farm Fresh to You" will give you lots of fresh, organic goodies that you can brag to your friends about. The prices are decent - I would easily pay much, much more for what Capay Organic offers. Highly recommended.
Napoli Market offers you good prices, and you will be assisted happily by a small team of employees, but you probably won't be using anything more than a couple bucks when you leave this place (not because the things are cheap, but because there really isn't much to buy here). Milk, eggs, some produce, liquor, drinks, and a small freezer is about all Napoli Market has to offer.
Bee Market offers those with a decent amount of spending money really stylish, sleek, modern furniture. From coffee tables to sofa to futons, Bee Market gives you a nice selection to choose from, complete with a nice team of employees who seem more than happy to assist you in getting the perfect piece of furniture for any room in your house.
I heard good things about Neuhaus Chocolatier, but upon visiting it (only visited it once so far), I was not very impressed. The employee there that day was on the phone and did not even try to help me until I already got what I wanted to buy. The chocolate are overpriced and they do not seem to be of the highest quality ingredients.
Teuscher Chocolate is my second favorite chocolate shop in San Francisco (the first being CocoaBella Chocolates), with its delightful selection of chocolates and clean environment. The only thing I did not like about this store is that it was difficult to tell what the prices for the items were, as they weren't clearly stated. These chocolates are imported from around the world, mostly from Switzerland, if I correctly remember what the nice employee there told me.
CocoaBella Chocolates has chocolates as pretty as its store name. I have heard many people complain about the prices at CocoaBella Chocolates, but if they want quality chocolates for their loved ones or a good friend, then this store is the perfect place. The employees are nice, helpful, and actually know quite a bit about chocolate. Flavors from raspberry to scotch to dark chocolate were recommended to me when I last visited this place.
If you're looking for a place where you can sit and just enjoy tea, whether it be with a friend or with yourself, Imperial Tea Court is the perfect place to do so. I felt relaxed in the clean environment provided by Imperial Tea Court. They had the basic and popular tea choices, such as black, Jasmine, and green, but they also had a good selection of teas that I believe are harder to find.
The front tire of my friend's bike popped several weeks ago while we were biking around San Francisco, and finding Mike's Bikes was the best thing that happened that day. The employees there were nice and helpful, and the environment was clean and neat. A bit on the pricey side, but we were in and out and on our way in no time, thanks to Mike's Bikes.
Montgomery Plaza Shop (I think its full name is Montgomery Plaza Smoke Shop) offers a decent selection of cigars, cigarette, and tobacco, but everything they have is pretty pricey. Stay away from this place if your tobacco cravings haven't yet kicked in and you have time to find another place. Some corner stores and liquor stores sell most cigarette for cheaper than Montgomery Plaza Smoke Shop.
