Falcon Ridge Apartments are right off I35 and Stassney Lane. They are in the city, but have views that make you feel like you are in the hill country. The rates for there apartments is very affordable and comparable to other apartments nearby. They are fairly new-less than 7 years, and have been very well taken care of.
Tinseltown Theaters opened about 12 years ago. They were state of the art and great when they opened, but they are in need of a renovation. They tend to not get all of the blockbuster movies, and the theaters themselves are in need of some work. The staff there is generally cheerful and friendly, and the ticket prices are comparable to other theaters in the area.
Texas Hatters is right of I35 in Buda. They have been there for many years, and have a great reputation around here. If you want a hat maker and customizer who knows what they are doing, this is the place to go. You will get personal service with a smile, and a unique piece of Texas when you leave
Gateway Theater is in a very nice area, and always seems to get the special screenings in Austin. They do lack parking however. The tickets are a nice price, and Baby A's is across the street to go have dinner at afterward. The theater is pretty state of the art. It is also very clean!
