Wet Pets Pet Ctr
They have a very knowledgeable staff here at Wet Pets pet Center in El Sobrante. They are so convenient for me because Raleighs is right next door. They have a variety of tropical fish from salt to fresh water and all the supplies needed. They also have most of your basic pet supplies too. The service here is awesome and I always know I'll be getting the best service to my needs.
Family Billiards
This place has a lot of action for a pool hall. They're open pretty late and have good house players from all over SF and the bay area. They have tournaments held here each month too. The service is ok but you cant beat the per hour table rentals.
Artie's Countrywood Lounge
Not a place for the young teens to visit and play. Although welcomed it wouldn't be their crowd. They have pretty good service here and the tables are clean. The house cues are straight and ready to chalk up. They have descent prices per hour too.
Metreon and Sony Entertainment Center
The Metreon is like a mall for Sony products. They have so many stores and attractions here. The bottom floor lower level has restaurants and small places to eat. There is also a store devoted for the video gamers. Another floor is dedicated to audio junkies for home entertainment etc. They also have a theatre with IMAX. Very good place to visit.
El Sobrante Schwinn Cyclery
I purchased a bike here for my son last Christmas. I don't know much about bikes and I knew places like Kmar or Target knew nothing about them either so I went here. They answered all the questions I needed to know and recommended a pretty good mountain bike at a descent price. I was satisfied with they're service and knowledge I bought a bike from them the following month for me.
Farmer's Market at El Cerrito Plaza
Farmer's Market at El Cerrito Plaza has great prices on produce compared to supermarkets. You get fresh and cheap produce right from the garden. I eat more vegetables now that I know where to get them fresh. I go on Saturday mornings to get the best choices before everyone else gets there. Early bird gets the worm the saying is. They also have flowers from local florists too.
San Pablo Supermarket & Bbq
They have chapear prices than Alberstons, Safeway, and Raleighs. They have almost all the same items plus more. They have a lot of Asian foods and specialty items that you dont find in the other places. The workers know where everything is and are pretty good about walking you there too.
Smart Stop
This is a good place to go if your a local living close by to this store. The prices are a little more than other places but its the convenience for me. They are down the street from where I live and always have the basic things I need. It's walking distance for me so I like it. Service is good and they have a gas station in front.
Stardom Music Ctr
For all of you Karoke people, this is one place that offers you a variety of audio, video, and karaoke supplies youll ever need. They also have items DJs may need also. They carry new Karaoke songs at descent prices. The service is very good and knowledgeable with their products.
Rincon Latino
This little market has some of the cheapest hard to find items in the area. Its right off San Pablo one of the busiest streets in the city so parking can be tough at times. Locals know about this place so it gets pretty busy in here sometimes. They have fresh produce at suprising prices so dont ever pass this place up.
