California Jumpers

I have had very good sucess in the past renting party jumpers but the people who run this company were extremely unprofessional and I would warn any parent not to use this company.

We rented a jumper for my son's birthday party and when they arrived that morning, they were unpleasant, complaining about our lawn, rude to me, and the children. It was shocking to me how anyone running a 'party planning' company could know nothing about basic manners and how to talk to customers - one employee was so abusive (swearing and obviously emotinally out of control) that I had to distract the children with a video so they would not hear her.

It was a really horrible experience and I am writing this review so other parents and children don't have to repeat our experience.

PROS: The bouncy was nice - unfortunately the people were horrible.
