Twin Lakes Pet & Bird Clinic

I have taken both of my dogs to this vet, and have not been disappointed. Everyone in the office is very personable. They are very caring for my dogs, and I trusted them to perom surgery on my dog. And I did not regret the choice. If you need a good vet, then this is a good choice.

Ray Roberts Marina

The prices for storing your boat in a slip are great. There's a store with gas for all your boating needs. The slips come with water and electricty and are gated for security. If you are looking for a place to keep your boat on the lake or a convenient boat ramp for easy access, then I definitely recommend this place. I have enjoyed keeping my boat here from day one.

Huffines Chrysler Jeep Kia

They were going to charge me twice as much as other deelerships for my 30,000 mile maintenance. I might have paid it, if my father in law hadn't just had his done somewhere lese for half the price. Also, they recomended a full brake job plus various engine work. I took my car to another dealership service department, plus a non-Kia service department. Both said the brakes and engine were fine and no work was needed. Had I stayed at Huffines, I would had been out 5 times as much money for over pricing and unnecesary work.

Presbyterian Hospital of Plano

You should avoid this hospital. The worst problem I had during my stay was they gave me medicine I was allergic to even after I told them, plus it was in my files. When I was transferred from ER to my room, after an hour in there the nurse came in saying they had being looking for me. Apprarently, they lost me for a while. I ordered lunch in the ER around 11:00 AM, and asked about it nearly every half an hour and was told it was on it's way. At around 8:00 PM after never getting my meal, I was told the kitchen was closed. After 9 hours of waiting on my meal they asked if I wanted a cold sandwich. This is on top of the me losing count on the number of times they tried to get an IV in. Over all, just pick a different hospital.

Strikz Entertainment Center

Strikz is a new entertainment center with a bowling alley, large arcade section and laser tag. It's new so everything is in great condition. If you like to bowl, the lanes agreat, and they have quite a few. They have video games and games to play for tickets to trade in for prizes. If you are looking for a place to hang with friends or a place to take the family, this is a place you should consider. There is a lot of fun under one roof here.

Recycled Books Records Cds

This is a book lover's dream. The have more used books than you could imagine. Not too mention a good selection of used DVDs and records too. They buy your used merchandise, and give you a good amount for it. This ia place you could spend hours looking through. I have bought many books, audiobooks and movies from this place. The prices are cheap, and the merchandise is in good shape. Definitely worth checking out.

Downtown Mini Mall Ii

If you enjoy looking a crafts and antiques, then you should come here. It's 2 stories full of many booths with different merchandise filling up each booth. No matter what you taste, you will be able to find something you like in here. Prices are generally reasonable for the merchandise. At the very least it is a fun place to walk through.

Trail Dust Steak House

We went on a Tuesday, and it was very slow. I got the Chicken Fried steak, and 2/3 of it was breading, and the gravy was runny. My wife's cheeseburger was burnt. The service was slow, and the light was too dark. Overall it was a very bad experience, and we have no desire to go back.

Cycle Spectrum

Very good prices. I checked several bike shops before deciding on Cycle Spectrum. I liked the value I got. I love my bike. I have taken it on several all day rides, and not had any problems with it. The staff there was very helpful. Plus with the warranty servce on the bike, you can't beat it. For cyclists or casual riders, you should really check it out.

Treasure Aisles

It's not a large shop, but it is packed with merchandise. If you are a comic fan you will want to visit. Every time I have been there, they have gotten their weekly shipments out for sale on time. The staff is helpful, and have recommended several good items to me. Definitely worth a visit.
