Howells Janet - Afwh
Recently I had to switch Dr's and I was really upset because I had liked my old Dr's a lot. When I met with Dr Probst I was so happy with my decision. She is a wonderful Dr who makes you feel like she has known you for years. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff at her office is also very friendly and they make you very comfortable which is good for an OB/GYN office.
Blue Mountain Ski Area
Blue Mountain is a great ski slope. It has very wide trails which I like a lot. Since it can get very crowded I recommend getting there early. Lots of fun for kids and parents!!!
Elk Mountain Ski Resort Inc
For experienced skiers Elk Mountain is my favorite. Everytime we go here we have a great time. I enjoy this ski slope because there aren't a lot of beginners on the slopes. It is mostly locals and is never very crowded or even if it is crowded everyone is spread out well. It is the largest vertical drop in PA. The grooming is perfect and the staff is so friendly. Very cute lodge also!
Select Event Rentals
I had the best experience with Select Event Rentals. I rented chairs from them for my wedding last year. They delivered them and then came and picked them up. The lady who helped me out was so friendly and so organized about the whole process. I was very pleased and will definately use them again for another rental.
Camelback Ski Area
Camelback ski slope is a large ski area. This is one of my favorite places to ski. It has a lot of runs and a nice large lodge. The only thing about Camelback is that it can get really crowded on the weekends so you want to get there early to get good parking and get some of teh first runs in. They have rental equipement available and lessons also.
Sneaker Villa
Sneaker Villa is a great place to get sneakers and athletic wear. They carry a huge selection of name brands. The staff is very friendly and they have convienent hours. Located in the Shillington shopping plaza.
Willow Hollow Golf Course
Willow Hollow is a very nice golf course. The greens are kept very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful at the golfcourse. There is a small snack bar and pro shop at the golf course along with a bar.
Just For Kids Furniture Sales
This is a great store for baby furniture. They hav a huge selection and the furniture is nice quality. They also carry a lot of other baby items that I couldn't find in other stores. The staff is very friendly. They are not open on Sundays.
Blue Marsh Ski Area
This is a great ski slope for beginners. There is also a huge snow tubing park at Blue Marsh. The lodge is very large and great for parents to sit inside while their kids have fun out in the cold! They have rentals available and lessons also.
Christmas Village
Christmas Village is a wonderful place to take the family. This is a lighted village that has everything. It is decorated with so many Christmas decorations. There is hot chocolate and a gift shop to shop in too. it can also be a romantic place for a couple to go to also.
