Hillcrest Cleaners
I've been taking my dry clean only clothes to Hillcrest Cleaners for a while now and I am very happy with there services. The staff is very friendly and always welcomes a hello, and how you doing when you walk in the door. I drop my clothes off and the next day they are ready for pickup. This place always gets your stains out too, which I love because my luck is I always get something on my clothes. It's pretty cheap compared to some places I have tried before.
Kerr Albert Office Supplies
I use to always get my office supplies at a big corporation like Staples, or OfficeMax, but not after I found out about Kerr Albert. All of there office supplies are a little bit cheaper than other places. The store is easy to locate and all the supplies are neatly set up and easy to find. The staff is always willing to help you find what your looking for, as well as friendly. I would recommend going here and saving some money.
Fuzzy Friends Grooming Inc
I don't personally have a dog but I've been here a few times with a close friend to take her little pup to get groomed. The building inside and out looks well tooken care of and nice. The staff is reallly good with your animal, they handle them very carefully and treat them with love. They use the top of the line animal shampoos and flea medicine. When your animal is done getting washed up and groomed you'll be satisfied with how they look and smell. The price is average, and worth every penny.
Williams Refrigeration & Heating Incorporated
My family always give Williams Refrigeration a call when we have problems with all of are heating and cooling needs. Whenever we call, the people over the phone are very friendly and helpful. They always get a guy to come over and check out are problem as soon as possible. The guys that come to your house are also very friendly and polite. They are very professional and they give quick but great service.
Delta Maps
My company uses Delta Maps all the time to purchase maps for the employees, they are located in a strip mall that is kind of a pain to get in and out off but we still go there, they have any map you can imagine, the office is very small and usually just one person is working, not a big operation but it works for when you need maps.. just make sure to call ahead to make sure they have what you are looking for, sometimes their stock is low but they can always order it.
Sterling Environmental
We used Sterling Environmental to clean our air ducts recently, duct cleaning is becoming more and more popular and it really does work, they clean and sanitize your air ducts which helps to clean the air and helps your furnace run more efficiently, you cannot believe how dirty they can be and that dirt and dust is constantly circulating in your home when either the air of heat is on, it's nasty.. this is not a large company and gets backed up easily but they staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Sargent Appliance
We use Sargent's for all of our appliance needs, as done our families, they are just the best around! At Sargent's you don't feel like a number or a sale like you do at a lot of big name stores where they hound you and just want you to buy anything. the most recent purchase we made was a Sony television but we've purchased a few kitchen appliances there in the past year, they sell all name brands, like Sony, Maytag, Whirlpool, GE, JennAir and so on and so on. they have such a huge selection of each appliance you can think of, the sales people are always willing to help you but also let you look around for yourself, they offer financing which is a big help to us and I'm sure many other people too. the prices here are average or lower then average. I recommend Sargent's every chance I get.
Cranks Banquet Ctr
My family has used Crank's for both catering at our home (wedding reception) and we have also used their banquet room for a wedding shower. Crank's has a great reputation for a reason, they are do their best. the food is delicious, they had a wide variety of menus available to fit your needs and price range. the prices are average and totally worth what you pay. the staff is always courteous and doing their job to the best of their ability. I am sure we will use them in the future.
Lavdas Jewelers
I have used Lavdas quite a few times in the past for jewelry, it is a great store with a huge selection, the owners and staff and knowledgeable and nice, the prices are really unbeatable, I have friends who swear by Lavdas. the hours are convenient but they have one downfall in my opinion (which might not bother others), they have three locations, two in Warren and one in Greektown, the locations just aren't in the best neighborhoods, one is in the mall and the other two just aren't in neighborhoods that I feel that safe in.. the one location I will go to is the one in the mall but I hate walking around and/or out of the mall after making a large purchase.
Cadieux Cafe
If you have never been to the Cadieux Cafe or feather bowling, you have to go. I have been here quite a few times with friends and family and it's so much fun. it is not located in the best of neighborhoods but it's so worth it to have a night of fun. they are open 7 days a week and have a full dinner menu and all sorts of drinks. on occasion they will have live music which is really cool. the eating area is small, looks like a typical bar setting. the area is sort of dirty, so don't wear your best clothes or white. you will have a good time, I promise!
