I would NEVER recommend this place! I was charged for a haircut when they did not do the service. Their response to my telling them that I didn't get a haircut with my color service was " oh well. Take it up with the owner"
When I called back the owner was never available and would not return my calls.
What a rip off joint.
Not only is there a good selection of frames, but a very helpful staff. I had something that I wanted to frame myself. There is a lot of help for do-it-yourselfers and you are free to work at your own pace with no one rushing you. As it turned out, with a bit of patience on my part, and the part of the staff, I was very pleased with how my piece turned out, and saved money in the process.
PROS: Patient and Knowledgeable
The owners and staff here are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They know there customers on a first name basis. There are plenty of good choices for supplements and health food. You can just about get anything here and the prices are comparable to any other health food stores in the area.
PROS: Product Knowledge
It's convenient because you no longer have to drive to Annapolis for a christian bookstore if you live in Severna Park. The selection is small, not much at all in cd's but good for gifts, books, cards, etc. The owner is helpful and it is a comfortable place to browse.
A good place for replacement computer parts, but I would not purchase a used computer here, though their are many to choose from. Remember to keep in mind you get no warranty. Try bargaining with the owner. He may not give an inch, but he enjoys the process. All in all it's a fun place just to browse.
I saw the owners being interviewed on television one night and made up my mind that I would have to go and check it out. You simply cannot go wrong here. Everything is homemade and delicious. It is very charming and every bit as good as advertised.
I probably wouldn't go back here if they offered to pay for my meal. The food was not great, service (waitress)not interested, and the wait was incredibly long. There's a sign that advertises
"Best of Baltimore." Don't believe it. I think it really means, the best Baltimore can do.
CONS: All around poor service and food
Just the place to go when you are vacationing here. The prices are about what I would pay anywhere else. There is usually not much of a wait and the customer service is adequate. The biggest plus here though is a great looking pedicure and the relaxation you feel when you are soaking those dog tired feet.
I am a sub contractor and have no health insurance. This is truly a great medical resource for the uninsured. The staff is voluntary and they give 100%. The setting is very comfortable and the doctors and nurses professional and friendly. If you have to use a free healthcare clinic then this would be the best one. No one ever makes anyone feel the least uncomfortable for not having insurance.
When I first spoke to the owner Ron Elliott about purchasing a home he seemed very helpful. He actually spent a good deal of time with me on the phone going over the entire process. I was very sceptical and unsure of who to trust, but Ron seemed to put me at ease. However, I later discovered that many of the promises he made, he had no intention of keeping. My first "red flag" warning came when he told me that I could do my own home and termite inspections. I thought he was trying to save me money. Now I think it was very unethical for a man in his business. He finally gave a good faith estimate on a home and that's when all the sneaky fees came out. I would beware of this company.
