I never go anywhere else, not even online to rent. I usually don't know what was playing that was good. I ask them what was good and they usually agree and give me good suggestions. I like their new return deal.
It's just OK to me. We've taken the family and were able to get a lane rather quickly. It had adults and teens working there. No one was extra friendly, just doing their jobs. Their food was ok and they have a bar and video games. I might take the kids back, but might try another place.
When our cat was missing they were very friendly and helpful. I desided to give them a try when it was time for our cats shots. Again they were very friendly and gave me good advice as to what to feed him since he was starting to get over weight.
Yes they take many insurances and are close, but very long wait and it wasn't even rush hour. The lady was talking with me and answered the phone while in mid sentence. That to me is rude. I'm the one standing there. Maybe I went in on the wrong day. We desided not to wait over an hour with 2 people in front of us. It wasn't an emergency.
I was in need of an cheep car to go from point A to B. They had one marked for 1,000. I talked with them, talked with the manager, told him my situation, and he said no problem. I had to go pick up one of my children, and said I'd be back. When I came back the only person who could help me didn't know much. The manager was finished closing another deal, but keep talking even though he knew I was waiting. Because a big situation I didn't want to give out my credit info and SS#. They wouldn't give me payment arangement idea with out the info. I explained several times how big the situation was...not your every day situation. They didn't care and wouldn't even estimate it even though they did their own credit financing. They wasted over 2 hours of my time. I finally left even though they were saying wait, we can help you. The way they were talking and beeting around the bush, they sounded shady, I keep walking. Don't go here if you want strait answers.
this was the Title company which our realtor used. We didn't have a say in the matter. However we spoke with the title company many weeks before closing. They had all our info. The day we were to go to the settling table, they called us and told us of how there was a lean on my husband. However, it was a mistake and we had 2 hours to go to the court house and straiten it out. It was just a mis understanding in words on paperwork. It took a little while because the supervisor was not there, but a nice cleark took it to the judge and they re worded it. We drove to the setlement table just in time. But once again, they had all the info for several weeks.
CONS: They wait till the last minute
There was one agen in particular who we were very unsatisfied with. She blamed the devil for everything. She made excuse after axcuse. Also gave us wrong info like the new owner wanted us out in 15 days. Come to find out after talking with new owner, we had plenty of time. I don't know if she was liying to get her commission quicker or what, but she was not good to follow through on call backs or to do research. Even when I aproched them about the lack of integrety, she keep making excuses, I finally boldly told her no more, you listen, she finally did, but I will never referr her to anyone infact If I hear her name, I will discurage any from using them.
I was in a jam. I had been using a friends car and needed a rent a car before my new car was ready. I had a coupon for Enterprise. However, they did not bring me my car the night before like they said they would. That put me in a further pickle, being late to work the next day. The next day They said they were out of vehicles but after talking with the manager, they gave me a nice SUV for the same price as a regular car with the coupon. All in all, they got me upset with time frames, but they did straiten it all out. I hope next time I'll have more advance notice before renting a car.
PROS: They worked it out and gave me a deal
CONS: They didn't deliver like they said they would
This is where I got our two parakeets. Unfortunatly, the first one we picked (slower moving) had a sinus infection and we didn't know it. I guess the second one died of shock. However, the clerks are always friendly and helpful. My children and I love to watch the dogs being gromed. One lady even had info about a bird egg I found in the grass, how to care for it and where to take it if it was an owls egg. If nothing else check them out if you need info.
I liked the fact they had a play place for my young children. However, we made an appointment to have an estimate on our car. It took them over 45 min. to get us in, then another 30 or so to estimate the value. It was a fair price but nothing out standing. Thankfully they didn't try and sell us one of their cars. We had already planned on purchasing one from a personal owner.
