The turn over of teachers is high, but that seems to be the normal around this area. The teachers that do reamain, are great! They love the children like they were their own.

The director is young, but very professional and is always welcome to new ideas, and loves when the parents are involved.

Grand China

For take out Chinese food, this is the place to go. They deliver in a timely manner to local areas. The food is hot, and most importantly, they get the order correct!

Food is great too!

Ymca

They have adults running the programs here in Manalapan, not kids. They have a structured program, and stick to it. My son who has special needs, was well taken care of all school year, and only 1 incident about violence. They talk to the children, not punish them or embarass them in front of all. They are pulled aside, with the parents and talked to. Things get resolved humanly.

Homework gets done most of the time, which is good, makes it a little easier for a working parent.

PROS: not that expensive
CONS: no open on no school days

Melmed Realty

They take advantage of victims. They are the ambulance chasers for the construction industry.

They promise the world, and then like most contractors, never return. If you have no choice but to deal with this company, be warned of Victor (the owner), he is very sly. He loves to compare his business with fancy restaurants to confuse you. He will not let you talk. His partner Eli, is nice, but will deny anything and refers all the "business" talk to his partner. He focuses on getting you in and then feeding you to Victor.

WATCH OUT! Get contracts signed, and hold retainage. THey will not finish the project, nor will it be on time as stated in the beginning.

PROS: They show up at the beginning of the job, and know how to sell
CONS: They will take your money and not finish the project.

Freehold Animal Hospital

I have been using the Freehold Animal Hospital since my parents had dogs. They are friendly, care about the animals and most imporatant the return a phone call, and waiting is minimal.

I have always used Dr. Gloth, but have on occasion had to use one of the other doctors, and they are all so sweet.

My girls (two pit bulls) are well loved by all here. THey are not misdiagnosed, or miss treated. They treat the animal, and love my two girls.

I don't think their pricing is any higher than others in the area.
