One of the highlights is Indian dancing performed thru out the day. prices are reasonable and children under 7 are free. You will also find disocunt coupons in the tourist guides.

Slapshots is an indoor hockey arena that offers hockey classes, a hockey league and numerous hockey camps. The level of play and experience here is very high while still keeping the focus on fun. The coaches are great. Practices run in the evenings and are coached by slapshots employees. The facilities are nice and air conditioned and there is an on site store. prices for the hockey league are very reasonable especially for all that the children get out of the sport.
Focus on the Family was established by James Dobson to try preserve Family values in America. They have an impressive campus in Colorado and guided tours every 30 minutes. The whole tour and childrens area is free.
PROS: Free tours
Ghost Town was the one place our children wanted to visit in Colorado Springs. From the outside it does not look like much but once inside you go back in time. The museum features a small western town which you can walk around and experience life many years ago. The children can even experience panning for Gold. The museum is very reasonably priced and children under age 6 get in free. Definitley worth a visit!
PROS: Reasonably priced, great experience
We recently visited Colorado Springs and one of our first stops was garden of the Gods Trading Post. What a wonderful gem in this equally beautiful place. The Trading post is a store and restaurant, with a great menu to choose from and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is wonderful and you can dine inside or outdoors under the trees. The items for sale in the store are of a wide variety and very reasonabley priced. Definitley a place to visit in the future!
PROS: reasonably priced, great atmosphere.
A store with very upmarket items for you to wear and for your home. Items are expensive but very unique, not the normal items you will find in most retail stores. Nice variety.
An indoor swimming pool that offers individual or group lessons for children. Their pricing is very competitive and they run programs at very convenient times to suit all needs. They also do summer camps and birthday parties. The swim teachers where very professional and encouraging to the children.
One of our first dental visits for our child. The visit was as can be expected, prices where average. Nothing spectacular, but a reliable place to go for a dental consultation.
A really great vet to take your pet to. They have great hours that they are open - their prices are about the ebst around and they really care for your animals. We could not be happier.
