I like their original name which is still on the building: Eye Land. I've been going to this place for about 10 years now. They have the best service! Best in town guaranteed! The front desk is very friendly and polite. The optometrist is excellent! She thoroughly examines my eyes and precribes the proper corrective procedures. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Appointments are easy to make and the wait is usually very short. The staff is very helpful. They helped me pick out a pair of new glasses that look wonderful. Highly recommended! Two thumbs way up!
This place is not bad at all. If you don't have insurance and need urgent care on the weekends or any time, this walk-in clinic is the place for you. If you can home treat the injury or illness, I would suggest doing so. It would be cheaper if home treatment is adequate. But if it is indeed a medical emergency, this place will suffice. If it is life threatening, just call an ambulance or 911. The location is convenient and it is not hard to find. The staff is satisfactory. No complaints here. If I had to, I would go again.
Adopting a pet may be one of the best thing that you can do in your life. It not only enriches your life, but also the animal that you saved. This animal shelter is right behind the Fremont police station on Stevenson. Aside from adoptions, they offer a variety of services including a lost pet report available online, pet licensing, and volunteer services. This is why I rated this place 4 stars. Rather then looking at sites online to find the best dog for your family, I would highly suggest just going down to the shelter and looking at the face to face. About 8000 animals arrive each year so you will be sure to find the perfect one for your family.
I've heard some good things and bad things about this place.
This place has cutest puppies ever! But word on the street is that they get the puppies from a puppy mill. What is a puppy mill, you ask? Many use it in a negative connotation, where the place the puppies are being breeded are dirty, trashy, and deplorable conditions. Some also believe that the breeding is done soley for financial gain rather than protection of breed integrity.
When we picked up our puppy, we got a certification in the mail several days later showing that the breed was indeed full and also a 1 year warranty against certain hereditary or congenital problems.
You be a judge and decide for yourself. Overall I am very pleased with the service they have provided.
They do a very good job at grooming and washing for a cheaper price then most places. I highly recommend Petsmart over Petco. I don't really like Petco, because it doesn't seem like they treat the animals that well. Petsmart currently has a puppy deal where you can take any puppy under 4 months I believe to get a nail trimming, face and feet trim, and wash for about $15. Not bad of a price for what you get. But if your puppy really needs a haircut, the puppy deal will not suffice. Go for whatever breed cut is available for your dog. Very good deal!
If you're already paying for it, why not? If you are a student at San Jose State, you might as well visit the Health Center to get a check up of some kind. You are already paying for it in your tuition so might as well make your moneys worth. If I had a choice, I would not go to this as my primary doctor. The service is satisfactory, but I'd rather go to a better hospital. It has a very convenient location right on campus and appointments are easy to make. They misdiagnosed my treatment so I would get a second opinion from a better doctor if you can. They are just OK.
Very professional service. Although the office or patient room could be a little cleaner, the doctor and front desk people were very courteous and professional. We did not have to wait long, but I would suggest an appointment be made. The location is good and is in the Albertson's shopping area. Quick service. I would definitely recommend this doctor to others. He answers questions very thorougly and is a good doctor. Went in there with a problem and got my solution to the problem. The only improvement would be to make the place a little more clean and organized inside of the patient room.
They come to your house, install the your front windshield while you sit back and watch TV at home. It took about 45 minutes for the guy to install the windshield and depending on your automobile insurance coverage, there was only the deductable that needed to be covered. The guy even threw in a can of the window washing fluid for me. They do a great job, no leaks or malfunctions. I have to call these guys soon though, those darn rocks hit my window on the freeway. I would definitely choose this company again. Fast service, professional, and not expensive (depending on your insurance coverage).
It was just OK. I spent under $20 for the haircut and was somewhat satisfied with it. It was good, but not amazing. I probably could have done it just as good at home. I've only been there once and definitely would not go back again. It wasn't because they have bad service or anything like that. I'd just rather do it myself at home. I would recommend this place if you can't cut your own hair. They do a decent job. If I couldn't cut my own hair then I would go here. The price is reasonable and the wait was rather short.
This is a good walk-in clinic where no appointments are necessary. I used to go here when I didn't have insurance to get a physical. Sure it was pricey without medical coverage, but it was for my health. Even with medical coverage now, I probably wouldn't like to go here, and because of certain restrictions I can't anyhow. The clinic was very clean. I went there for a skin rash that was eczema but was misdiagnosed as a bacterial skin disorder called impetigo. Had to get a second opinion and ultimately a dermatologist that helped me treat the eczema. The second opinion was worth it.
