Euro Day Spa
I have given gift certificates from this spa to many of my friends and family. They have all raved about their experiences. You can either give a package with the treatments of your choice or you can just give them an amount. Everyone deserves a little pampering!

This place has some really impressive gifts. They have outstanding (but expensive) picture frames and little figurines. Plus they will wrap whatever you buy so you know that your present will be the best wrapped one at the party!
Ford Cleaners
I've never had a bad experience with Ford Cleaner's. I have only used them occassionally but everything comes back the way it should. When you drive by there is always a line out the door so you usually have to wait awhile to pick up your stuff. I'd wait for a coupon or something if you are getting something big, like a quilt done.
Children's Orchard
When you are shopping for baby stuff you notice that the stuff is ridiculously expensive and you know it's only going to be used for a short period of time, so what happens when baby grows out of the $500 stroller? It goes to the Orchard where smart shoppers can buy it for half the price! Totally worth checking it out if you are in the baby goods market.
Party Avenue
This cute little shop has all kinds of cards, balloons and party necessities. They have a bunch of little gifts and trinkets that work good for last minute gifts. The card selection is pretty good and I've always had good experiences with their balloon bouquets.
Brazilia Alteration Ctr
This is the ONLY place I will take my clothes to for tailoring (being short legged I end up there a lot!). They do the best work, it's always done right and on time. They can usually turn your stuff around within a few days. Plus the prices are great. Can't beat it!
Crystal Kanes
I've never been terribly impressed with this store. The do have a pretty big selection and some decent brands but I find their prices to be way too high. You can get a really great Coach bag for what they are charging. Unless you are looking for something not to be used very often but want to pay a bunch for it, I'd go some place else.
Art For The Soul
This store is one of my favorites. It is so colorful and fun you feel like a kid just walking inside. Everything is so beautiful you want to take it all home with you. I'm not sure if it is all handmade or just looks that way, but either way it's all beautiful. They have some amazing pieces of furniture as well as stunning wall hangings.
Santa Ana Zoo
Why drive all the way to San Diego or up to LA to go to a huge super crowded zoo when you have the Santa Ana zoo in your own backyard? This zoo is never crowded and it has a very relaxed feeling to it. The employees are nice and truly care about the animals which is nice to see. Plus the place is really cheap (not like the bigger zoos). Before spending $30 in gas just to get to the other zoos consider Santa Ana.
Orange County Performing Arts
People complain that Orange County is lacking in culture (I tend to agree) but the Performing Arts Center is it's saving grace. They put on remarkable productions all the time. You can see concerts or musicals or dance productions. The schedule is revovling and they always have something interesting going on. Check it out for some culture!
