Recently I took two of my triplet sosn to the Regional Center for Sleep Disorders. They were sent home from the hospital on oxygen tanks and had to go through a night of a sleep study to make sure they would be ok off of the oxygen. The person working with us hooked up both of my sons (process in itself!) and monitored them throughout the night. Everything went very well!
I absolutely loved Desert Perinatal Associates. I saw Dr. Adashek most of my pregnancy as well as Dr. Wilkes. I was pregnant with spontaneous triplets and they took care of me my entire pregnancy with such wonderful care. They are there to help you in any way, answer any questions you might have, or concerns. Their staff is wonderful and equally as helpful.
Dr. Camp is a very knowledgable pediatric orthopedic doctor. One of my sons is currently under his care for multiple issues, and I have heard only good things about him. He is highly recommended by my pediatrician too. If you need to put your children into the care of an orthopedic doctor, I recommend Dr. Camp.
My triplet boys have been under Dr. Nakamura's care since they were patients in the Summerlin Hospital Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We brought all three home on oxygen units, and now we are down to just one still needing oxygen. Dr. Nakamura has worked with us to provide my sons with the best possible treatments.
Treasure Island is a nice hotel to visit or stay at. In the front there are two ships that battle. You can stand on the bridge between the dueling ships or out front to watch this free show. Guns go off, smoke arises from the fires, and one of the boats sink. In addition, the inside of the casino is nice too.
The Stratosphere is located on the northern end of the strip. The location in general isn't the best, but it's a fun place to check out. You can ride up the elevator to the top of the tower and go on some rides. One of them is a roller coaster around the tower and the other shoots you straight up. Either way, it's a thrill just to be on a ride that high up.
The Tropicana Hotel and Casino is one of the older ones on the strip. The inside looks like an average casino, nothing standing out particularly. The adult shows are wonderful though. The rooms are nice and they have swimming pools to relax at. It is centrally located to the more popular casions. It is right on the corner of a large number of hotels and casions now.
Circus Circus Hotel and Casino is a wonderful place to take the family. It has a level esepecially for children. There are video games, entertainment, shows, etc. From that level you can look down on the casino floor. If you are bringing your family to Las Vegas, this is a hotel that can keep everyone busy.
Pick Up Stix is a great restaurant for dining in or for taking home. The food is made in a timely manner and you can watch it being prepared. One of the best meals I have had there is their specialy House Chicken. It is served with white rice and is glazed with a caramelized sauce. One of the best appetizers is the cream cheese wontons.
Einstein Bros. is a good place to buy bagels and all the fun stuff to go with them. Being from Chicago, I have found it hard to find a good bagel and cream cheese in the Las Vegas area. Einstein's was the first to get close to tasting like back home. They offer a large variety of bagels, as well as cream cheeses. You can order sandwiches and much more too!
