I visited the funny bone for the first time about a month ago. I was very impressed. It is a good sized place. Not so big that you have to squint to see the performer and not so small that you feel cramped. I don't think that there is a bad seat in the house. The tables are well positioned so that everyone has a good view of the stage. The food was okay and the service was relitively quick. The only disappointment was that my husband and I had to share a table with another couple because it was a full house. It was a bit awkward, but we still had a good time.
I wasn't too impressed with this store. Their prices are pretty low, but their selection is small. Also, I was not very happy with the quality of the items that they carry. Everything seems to be just average. I would assume that is how they keep their prices so low. I found the staff to be kind of bothersome. In a matter of 30 minutes my husband and I had at least half a dozen employees bother us.
This has got to be any shopper's dream store! I was amazed when I walked in this place for the first time. Their selection is amazing. They carry everything from DVD's to area rugs. If you are looking for electronics, appliances, furnature or home decor this is the place to go. The best part is that thier prices are very competitive!
My husband and I stumbled across this place about three months ago and we are very happy that we did. They have an extensive draft beer selection and a great menu. Both the food and the beer that we tasted were great. The bartenders are very nice and attentive. They are also very knowledgeable of the beer that is served at the restaurant. Over all it is a great place!
This Outback Steakhouse location is great! I have been there many times since moving to the Omaha area about six months ago and I have not been disappointed. The food is great (a bit pricy, but it is a steakhouse) and service is some of the best that I have seen. They are attentive and friendly. The restaurant is well kept and clean.
I have recently moved to the Omaha area and am very happy to have found a grocery store like Baker's. The store is very organized and easy to navigate. They have fresh produce and meats (both of which I am very picky about) and they usually run some good specials. Also, the employees are very friendly and helpful!
As an ex-Starbucks employee I know the standards are expected of the employees. Each partner that I have encountered at this store has been nothing but friendly and outgoing. Also, the store has been nice and clean each time that I have visited which makes me want to keep returning. I give this location a big two thumbs up!
This bar is one of the best that I have found in the downtown Omaha area yet! Mind you I have only been here for a few months. It is pretty big and they have live Irish music bands playing (at least on the weekends). I had a ton of fun at this place! My husband and I will be returning to this bar in the future.
My husband and I are new to the Omaha area and were very pleased to stumble across this bar one night. It is a small place, but the crowd was relitively young (early twenties to early thirties) and the place was pretty busy. I have not had the pleasure of enjoying food from Billy Frog's (but I have heard it's pretty good).
CONS: Pretty small for the crowd that packs in there on the weekends.
My husband and I went for dinner about two weeks ago and left very dissatisfied. I can't complain about the service, but the food was awful! His burger resembled a hockey puck with the toppings slopped on and partially falling off and it was served with less than a handful of fries. I had a pasta bowl that I would say contained the blandest alfrado sauce that I have ever tasted. Also the chicken in it was burned. I can honestly say that we will never go back to that Applebee's.
PROS: After sending the co. an e-mail the GM called to appologize and sent GCs.
