Big Bear Brewing Co

This is a very nice place that serves beers from their microbrewery. The food is good (I really like their Reuben sandwiches). They get busy at night so get there early.

Woodlands Montessori School

This day care center took care of my oldest child for years. The are generally very good. They work very hard on the educational aspects and less on playtime.

PROS: Small place, good staff

This is not a great doctor. Getting an appointment is very difficult and then you will still sit in the waiting room for hours. His bedside manner is also terrible.

Royal Palm Veterinary Hospital

I would recommend this vet to my friends. Both of the vets I have seen were caring and compassionate. The office is clean and the pricing is reasonable.

Vista Early Childhood Ctr

This is actually a very nice place if you can afford it. I have sent my child there for the summer and I was very impressed. The classrooms are well kept. The staff is exceptional and the selection of activities is the best I've seen.

PROS: Great place with excellent staff.
CONS: Expensive

Peking Chinese & Japanese Restaurant & Lounge Of Deerfield Beach

I have been here many times so I must enjoy the food. The service is a bit slow and the servers are not as familiar with the menu as they should be but overall, it's a nice place. They have one side that is Chinese food and the other side which does Japanese at the table. They serve sushi but not at a sushi bar where you can see it prepared.

CONS: Slow service

Bright Future Early Learning

My daughter has been attending aftercare there for a couple of years and I have always been happy. The manager (Tara) is very heplful and responsive. They have a beautiful playground with new equipment. The grounds a kept very clean and attractive. The staff is as good as any daycare I have used in the past.

Kids In Motion

I would recommend this place for kids parties but only for kids 6 and under. The staff is friendly and polite but the activities are geared toward younger children.

Tires Plus Total Car Care

My husband would tell you that these are nice people and they have good prices. I would have to say that this is not a place for women to go. They were not happy to explain exactly what they were doing and tried to add on things that weren't done.

CONS: Not for women

Pet Emergency Ctr

This is not a clinic that I would recommend. The Vet had a very hard time dealing with my cat which is very friendly. I would suggest finding someone more able to handle an injured animal.

PROS: They are open all night
CONS: Not enough experience
