Scalini's Pizza & Pasta
Scalini's is a great locally owned Italian restaurant complete with black and white floors. They have great appetizers and their pasta is also excellent. The only problem with them is that their parking situation isn't that great. They have to share the lot with the restaurants in the same center and often it is difficult to find a spot.
Angelo's Express
Angelo's is a great little hole in the wall that consistently serves good Italian food. They have great bread that they serve with Marinara sauce before each meal. Their servers do a great job and they offer a great variety of seafood.
Patrizio Restaurant Inc
Patrizio servers are highly attentive and great at their job. They offer good Italian food and almost everything on the menu is under $10, which is highly reasonable. They have a great patio and they offer little finger snacks for you while you wait for your table. I'd highly reccomend it!
Ozona Grill & Bar
Ozona is a fun restaurant to go to on a Sunday afternoon. They've got a great patio where they allow you to relax and enjoy your food. On Sundays they have a bloody mary bar where you can prepart your own. Its a good value for the money
Studio One Ten
I went to Studio One Ten expecting to get a great color and blow dry. Instead the colorist didn't even ask what color I wanted and just colored my hair. The blow dry was $40 and I was expected to tip both girls that serviced my hair. After being treated in a rude manner by the ladies at the front desk, I wrote a letter to the owner and she never responded. I suggest you find another salon to spend your money.
Lola The Restaurant
Lola is definitely for those with deep pockets. The portions are small and they are very expensive. Our server ignored us for the first 15 minutes of the meal and didn't make us feel welcome. The desserts were also very small and not worth the money.
Cuba Libre Cafe
Better have a reservation at Cuba Libre before you go or the line will be too long. The reason the line is so long is because the food is SO reasonable, SO fresh, and SO fantastic. Their plantain chips are excellent and the two taco offering gives you variety at a reasonable price for dinner. Don't forget to try their Mojitos.
Milo Butterfinger's
This is an extremely dark bar that is great for sports. They have numerous TVs and are always willing to change a TV to suit a customer request. They have great buffalo wings and the pitchers specials are a great value on Tuesday nights.
Prego Pasta House
Prego is OK for dinner, but has good lunch specials that are nice on the wallet. Their meals typically come with salads and they have a friendly waitstaff. Overall, a good value for your money.
Ziziki's
Ziziki's is by far, the best Greek food in Dallas. Their service is average, but it is overlooked by their superior food. Make sure to try the Ziziki Bread (cheese bread on a pita with sauce) and the sliced leg of lamb with delicious rosemary roasted potatoes.
