This place was on a list of places my ex-company had to call if we had computer problems. They gave us the general run around about getting service problems fixed, but in the end the eventually took care of our problems, but not wihtout some issues on their behalf of wanting the work.
This is the HQ of Naperville Hub, they were very nice to me when it ame to getting my wheel scratched by one of their machines. They actually took me straight to the shop and had the shop order a new wheel and when it came time for me to get it put on the two owners of discount tire in naperville came down to oversee the installation of it.
WHat else can you say, FREE ROTATIONS, FREE FLAT TIRE FIXES. And Randy is probably the best manager / worker ther has ever been. I told him that I didn't feel right about leaving my showcar with them to change the weels on it, he said that he personally would take care of it by himself. When I came to pick it up, Randy himself, the Store Owner, was changing out my last wheel.
They are not bad on pricing, they are cheaper than a dealer and have just the same tools. The only problem is that the workers at this store are not that skilled on working on newer cars with advanced computer management, or vehicles equipped with aftermarket modifications to the engine.
Well there i snothing much to say about this place, other than the fact that EVEN WITH a computer to aid them in getting the people that shop there the right parts to fix their cars, they somehow manage to mess that up. I was givin the wrong set of axles for my car three different times, I finally yanked the spline out and brought it in to the store so I could match it up there on their counter top.
Used them twice to try and "fix" my computer. A friend told me abou them, I was having hard drive problems at the time. THey told me that my motherboard and my cpu were causing my hard drive to crash, so they suggested I replace them both using only "genuine" intel parts. It turned out that my motherboard and cpu were perfectly fine and the parts they replaced my old stuff with were not genuine, I had intel check the serial numbers.
Thi salley has a few things wrong with it, I tend to shy away from this place due to these problems. For one, they use an oiling machine that constantly breaks down and they also have no one working there that is properly trained in how to fix or even use the oiling machine. This house also caters toward the mexican population of Aurora and the area around it, I find it very tough to get a lane here some night becuase there are people working the counter who can barely understand english.
This bowling alley has a lot going for it. It has a very good staff working here, great people at the food counter. A huges establishemtn 58 lanes, I believe. And the best thing about them is their Pro Shop is the best in the area, Rich Moores, the owner of the Strik Time Pro Shop is one of the best around, if he doesn't have in what you are looking for he can order it up for you.
PROS: Great Pro Shop, lots of lanes for you to use
This house actually has a really good oil pattern laid out at all times. They do not have a pro shop to get equipment from, but that is the cause with all Brunswick bowling alleys lately. This house does seem more focused on the fact to have more and more cosmic bowling then any other alley in the area.
This bowling alley was the place I learned to bowl at. That being said, it has really gone down hill since then. The lanes are almost always dry with little to no oil on them, the people behind the counter are not the frieendliest group of people. The one thign that makes this a decent bowling alley beyond all the bad things is the pro shop, great people that know their stuff.
PROS: Great Pro Shop, Helpful Staff, Great Driller
CONS: Not muc hoil on the lanes
