I had a tree fall on my home and I called ProTree and the group of men that came out were so good at there job and so kind. The supervisor helped me deal with my insurance company and just made the whole unpleasant experiance more tolerable. I think they are a great company and they even groung the stump of the tree down even though the insurance wounld not over it and I didn;t have to pay them anything extra.
I went into Crane's hardware looking for a certain size furnace filter, well the man working there helped me find it. He was very helpful and told me they carry that size in stock. I was glad to go to a store and have someone help me and know where what I wanted was located. And now I know where to go to get my odd size filter.
Every time I go to Firestone for an oil change or something minor, they always tell me I need new brakes. I go there beacuse I have a credit card with 90 days same as cash. So I like that but I have let them do my brakes in the past and some how it always becomes not just pads but rotors and callipers too. They always try to get 400.00 or more on me for brakes. Do they just think women are easier to push repair work on or what? last time I went in there they said I needed brakes again and I said no! So I had my dad look at them and they were fine. So ladies beware at Firestone.
If you have shoes that need repair Bell's is the place to go. They do great work and at great prices. most of today's shoes are throw aways when the are old but if you have pricey heels or a great pair of boots then it's worth the money to have them repaired. Bell's has been in bussiness for years and the owner is a real kind honest man.
I locked my keys in my car with my baby still in there. I was in a panic so I called A and A Lock and Safe and they said they would send someone right out. Well in less than fifteen minutes there was a nice locksmith there who got me in my car in a matter of seconds. I was so glad beacuse it could have been awful in the heat dor my baby in the car. And then the locksmith even gave me a discount on his fee beacuse of the situation.
I had shingles coming off my roof like crazy and I called one company out to fix it and the next storm we had the shingles were fling off again. So this time I called Bell's and they came out and fixed it. It took them most of the day so I thought this is going to cost a lot. But then the bill was less than I paid the first company. And it has been six months since they did that repair and several storms later and all my shingles are still on. Bell's does a good job and they don't over charge.
For all you out there who think Kroger is an expensive place to shop. You need to come in their store again and take a look. I have found I can use coupons and get things for free or for almost free. Last week they had Sauve shampoo for 1.05 and I had a coupon for .50 and kroger doubles it. So I paid .05 for a bottle of shampoo! You can't beat that.
For anyone looking to buy a home, this a good company. I just bought a home and Mr. Statham was my agent he was helpful and knowledgeable of the market and several areas. Even though his company is small and not a big name, I felt like I was treated like I had a million dollars to spend (which I did not) So if you need someone to help in your search for your dream home call this company.
I know everyone thinks Wal Mart has the lowest prices, but they do not if you look at the grocery stores sell papers and use coupons. Wal-Mart has put several small local stores out of bussiness. And what do I get at Wal-Mart huge stores wher I can't find what I need and no one to help. Slow check out lines or I have to check myself out. Shouldn't I get a discount for doing a job Wal-Mart was paying someone to do. I miss the small stores where someone helps you find things and knows about the products too. I say boycott Wal -Mart.
I thought I would let everyone know that Nationwide is a great ins company. Anyone who has ins. with them I just found out long time customers (five years or more) get a 5% discount and if you have an accident and it's your fault they will forget it and not rasie your rates if you have been with them for five yrs. or more. Now that's what I call a good company.
