Carrabba's Italian Grill

First impression is good, open kitchen, but they try to get as many people through their restaurant as possible esp. on weekends.

There cannot develop any kind of Italian hospitality it's more like eating McPizza on the Broadway.

Food is good, much too expensive!

Cici's Pizza

If you want to get fat this is the number 1 spot in town. You won't find any other place where you can get more calories than here.

The food is ok, no high quality food but you can eat it.
They offer a big varity of pizze, sometimes they are a little old but ok.

The desserts are very good although I would not recommend this spot.

You see a lot of people there who look very unhealthy.

If you want to get fat this is your spot.

Otherwise better look for a place where you get high quality food instead of high quantity food.

I do not have anything against oversized people, I have something against making profit with other peoples' health.

I will avoid this spot.

Caragiulos Restaurant

We visited Caragiulos Restaurant once.

We ordered a pizza, wich was really good. The crust could have been thinner, but it tasted really good.

The service was also good, our waitress was was very friendy and fast.

What I was really exited about is the nice ambiance of this itanlian restaurant, because I don`t like the fast food style of many pizza locations.

I can highly recommend this restaurant and I am looking forward to our next visit.

Rod & Reel Pier

Perfect location with view to the Sunshine Skybridge.

Be sure you went to the Rod & Reel Pier which is located north of the city Pier almost at the inland north end of Anna Maria Island.

Sometimes you can watch Dolphins or even Manatees swimming near by.

A very nice outside deck is the entrance of the restaurant on 2nd floor.

Their food is almost perfect.

Go there for lunch!

I would recommend the "fresh catch of the day sandwich" which is usually noted an the blackboard outside.

You can decide how you want that cooked and it comes with fries and coleslaw for $6-7.

Bottomless Soda is 0.94$ and draft bud $1.25.

From the deck you have a fabolous view to Anna Maria.

The best place in Florida - GREAT VALUE and perfect fresh fish!

Give it a try you will definitly not regret it!

Cowdogs Pizza

A small independely owned pizza store. Nice guy but he doesn't know how to make Pizza.

His tomato sauce tastes like a dark pasta sauce from a Walmart Great Value glass. Nothing added, no fresh herbs etc.

The crust was too thick but ok. The cheese was tasteless. The whole pizza tasted like this damned pasta sauce.

If you are hungry it might be ok, I haven't visited this location again, and will not do so.

Honey Crust Pizzeria

Worst pizza I have ever seen. Ultra thick crust, this is not a pizza this is a cheese tomato cake.

If you are not thick you will become because the calories on this pizza are huge.

If you like this it would be worth a try, if you want pizza cancel this restaurant out of your mind.

Maybe the owner should change his profession or take a week off for a trip to Italy and see how pizza should be.

This spot is a no-no for me.

Primo Ristorante

We have been there twice. Nice spot, cool singing waiter. Food is good, Pizza could be a little thinner but is ok.

The bread and oil with herbs you get with any dinner entree is delicious.

The interior is pretty nice with a warm ambiance.

Unfortuantely they have paper tablecloth on which the kids can draw with crayons.

Maybe it's funny for kids, I myself think kids should better learn not to do that in a restaurant.

The ambiance is not getting better by this.

Oma Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Nice location opposite of the beach to sit outside.

Inside the ambiance is similar to an ugly fast food style restaurant.

The pizza is usually good, unfortunately no personel sized pizze. The crust should be much thinner to be real Italian.

Better do not order by the slice. My last slice was quite old, shriveled and the cheese looked aweful.

There are better and worse places in Bradenton, if you wanna wait for the sunset it is a cool place.

Siciliano's

Average Pizza - Family owned and operated.

The interior of the store is nice but much too bright. I wouldn't take out somebody who knows what ambiance is.

The benches and tables are very narrow and if somebody has XL (not necessarily XXXXL) he should better find a other place, because they have no chairs and the benches are quite uncomfortable when the table sits in your stomach.

The pizza is good, but for a sicilian guy much too thick crust and they do not offer any personel sizes except for by the slice.

Extremly aweful is that you only get paper plates. After 1/2 of a slice your plastic knife tries to cut your eatery onto the dirty table. Extremly aweful! This is a no-no.

It is one of the better pizzas in south Bradenton but as a sicilian he should know what he could do better.

Westshore Pizza

Not pretty good!

We just moved from Europe to Florida and were always looking for an Italian style pizza (i.e. thin crust, wood oven).

Westshore is a kind of new franchise pizza.

If you are hungry you can give it a try, the ingredients seem to be ok. But the taste is boring, no herbs in the sauce, tasteless cheese.

I cannot understand why somebody is paying a fortune for a franchise like this.

There are much better pizza stores in town.
