I brought my wedding negatives to Photo Zone for reprinting. They did a great job with the photos. You would never know they were reprints. I was able to print out the different kind of finish for the photos. And in one of the photos the people were further away and they zoomed in and gotten a closer shot. You would never know thats not the way the picture was taken. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely go back to Photo Zone the next time I need photos developed.
I used Dolores Bridal shop to purchase my bridal gown and brides maid dresses! I was very pleased with my experience at the shop. They have a decent selection of gowns to try on and choice from. The same with brides maid dresses. After picking out my dress it took about 12 weeks for it to come in because it was coming from another country. I had a few fittings for the dress and everything came out wonderful. My bridesmaids were also happy with their dresses...alternations were included in the price of the dress. I would definitely recommended Dolores Bridal shop to any bride or bridesmaid!
Went to a wedding at The Primavera Regency and thought it was a very nice place. The nice part was that you have the whole place to yourself, there are no other weddings going on at the same time. This give the bride and groom 100% attention from the staff. They had an huge cocktail hour...any kind of food you can image they had and the dessert was the same way! The food was pretty good during the reception. Overall this is a very nice reception hall!
Naninas In the Park is a really nice place to have a wedding reception. I was a guest at a wedding there. They have beautiful grounds for pictures taking. The cocktail hour food was great and so was the food during the main reception! Everyone that we knew had a great time at Naninas. Check it out if you are looking for a reception hall!
I went to one of the best weddings I have ever been to at the Florentine Gardens. This place is great! They have a beautiful outside area that the guest could hang out during cocktail hour. The room for the reception is huge. The food was great and I was very impressed by the staff. If you are looking for a great reception location for your weddingcheck this place out!
I have been to the Brownstone for two different types of events. One was a Wedding Rehersal Dinner and the other was for a Beef Steak Dinner. Both of the times were good experiences. Both times I sat in the room with all the glass windows (forget what its called). Its so nice back there, alittle chilly but nice! The food is excellent and the service is good too. Definitely a nice place have a party!!!
I used Patten Photography for my wedding pictures and wasn't completely impressed with them. I wish there had been more of a variety of pictures taken. I felt like alot of the poses were the same...nothing different that stood out. I guess looking back I wish I would have had a photographer that did more journalistic pictures. There are only so many pictures you can have of the bride and groom looking at each other. Also at the reception I felt like there were barely any pictures taken of my family members dancing (and they were definitely dancing). So when it was time to pick pictures for the album there were few good ones to choose. And I wish the photographer would have stayed longer because after he left there were fun things that happened that I wish we got pictures of.
I would recommend Patten to someone getting married but I would suggest going into the show room and taking a look at all the photographers work to see which one you like best!
We had our wedding reception at The Bridgewater Manor back in Sept 03. I was 99% happy with my experience with The Bridgewater Manor. The staff took such good care of us before, during and after our wedding. Everything done exactly how I asked them to do it! All of my guest had nothing but good things to say about the reception site. The food during cocktail hour was excellentthe bridal party had their own room and we got most of the same great food that was in the cocktail hour room. The food during the reception was great. As the bride and groom our glasses were always full! The one thing that I wish was done differently is that our cake table would have been brought out during the cake cutting so more people could have saw. We were all the way in the back and it was hard for everyone to see. But other than that everything was wonderful! Thanks Bridgewater Manor for a great day!
I have been the Stress Factory a bunch of times and always had a decent experience (expect the last time). The Stress Factory does a good job of getting pretty well known people to their club. They have the usuall two drink minim....or you can get food!
The last time I went to the Stress Factory I was a little annoyed with the crowd. The people sitting near us were definitely drink and were being rude to the comedian on stage. We could barely enjoy the show because of these people. The manager came over to them once and told them to be quiet. But it continued...and they never said anything to them again. I was ready to walk out and leave because of these people. Just frustrated that management didn't do more!
I went to Carolines to Brian Regan perform. I wasn't impressed with Brian Regan that night and the comedy club was just ok. I felt like it was a little disorganized getting people to their seats. The way the seats are set up is uncomforable if you are in the back on the side. Just felt like I could never get comfortable! I would probably go back and give it another shot with a different performer!
