My son has been attending this daycare since he was an infant in 2001. You could not ask for better care for your child. This is one of the few daycares that is accredited by the NAEYC. 95% of the teachers have no less than 5 years service, but most have over 10 years or more which is almost unheard of in a daycare facility. The staff is caring, loving and educated most holding bacholer degrees. The tuition is affordable and hot meals are included along with similac formula for infants. The daycare is run inside the IRS building and you don't need to work there to be enrolled, but there may be a waiting list. The same teacher who cared for my son in 2001 is now caring for my infant daughter 4 years later. You can't ask for anything better than that!
This store has a huge selection of light fixtures for every room in the home, outdoors and ceiling fans. The sales representative are very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The store displays showcase some of their unique products, and give customers many lighting ideas. They carry fixtures to fit every budget. If you're shopping with something specific in mind, the store carries books from their suppliers that can be ordered.
I have been dealing with this travel agency for 7 years. If you want top notch service, then call Eileen for all your travel needs. She has been in this industry for over 20 years and helps to find the best deal possible. I've priced vacations at other travel agents, but Fantasia always offers the best prices. The agents are most helpful, friendly and offer honest opinions of any travel desination they have visited. A couple times a year they offer an open house to welcome new and existing clients to check our their services. All the agents are very down to earth with several years experience. They are also an authorizied Sandals/Beaches agency.
I attended a birthday party here and it it geared to kids 4 years old and up. It has your traditional video games, but the indoor gym is what keeps the kids coming back for more. This gym is about 4 stories of soft material that has many tunnels, slides and ball pit. Kids keep going through basically wearing themselves out. There is also a rock climbing wall, batting cages, go karts and mini golf. Birthday parties are pretty standard. The cool part for the birthday boy/girl is the ticket machine. You step in a box, and you try to collect as many tickets as you can to trade in for prizes. This is really a cute and a different extra that other places don't offer. I was there for a birthday party, but after inquiring, ride tickets are 75 cents and the most tickets needed for a ride is 6. The only downside is there is not much to do for younger kids (3 and younger) since indoor gym is too busy with older kids and they can get hurt. Otherwise, expect your kids to have a great tyme!
This is the only amusement park of it's kind. Since most children love Elmo and the rest of the Sesame Street gang, this is the only place to find your favorite characters. Most of the amusements are water themed, but there are also some smaller rides like tea cups, a balloon ride and a roller coaster. The park is very crowed in the summer time and stays open through the fall. The park takes on a Halloween theme in the month of October. The price to get in the park is on the high side, around $42, but be sure to ask for the Elmo's passport for a second day's admission free. They won't give it to you if don't ask for it. The park is clean for the most park, and most of the employees are teenagers. There are plenty of food courts, prices range from $6 to $8 not including drinks. It's defintely worth checking out, but try not to go in the height of the peak season, or the crowds may turn you off.
I have used this flooring store for my entire house. I had carpet installed on 3 separate occasions. They have a very big selection of carpet and floor coverings. The staff is fairly knowledgable. Installation can be done very quickly, in some cases the next day if an opening is available. The installers come in and get right to work. A standard 12x12 room is done in about an hour. Prices are good and occasionally offer discount coupons on merchandise only. Everything is purchased separtely, and if proper measurements are taken, there is virtually no waste after installation.
I have been using this salon since I was a kid. The owners are very down to earth and pride themselves in making women and men look beautiful. They use state of the art techniques for hair color, styling and do continuing education to stay up to date on the newest trends. Once you get your hair done by Mike or Debbie, you will never go anywhere else. This is not a salon/spa like their competitors therefore, you don't get charged "ala carte". They offer expert service for a good price.
Tilerama has excellent prices for tiles, supplies and equipment. The selection of tiles is very limited therefore, I would not recommend for something more specialized or extra fancy. Their prices cannot be beat for grouts, etc. since they carry the top of the line material in this category. They rent tile cutters for minimal prices. I would compare their stock to the major home improvement stores, but they're prices are much more competitive and you can create your own patterns on tile for much less than their big name competitors.
I have used Frank Vans for all my vehicle registration needs. They have weekday evening hours of operation and are open on Saturdays. They offer a wide range of vechile services including purchase of auto tags, transfer of vehicle registration/tags, notary. Prices for services are standard, but the staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Vans has other locations throughout the Philadelphia area.
This is the best dry cleaner in the area. Every article of clothing is $1.99 with the execption of dress shirts, they're 99 cents! Cleaning must be paid for in advance, and usually takes 2 to 4 days for completion. They also do mending to clothing for a minimal charge depending on article. Closing time on weeknights is 7:00 pm and they are open on weekends. I just recently took a suit and a winter coat, my bill was less than $6.00. It cost that much just for the suit alone at most dry cleaners.
