This shop has so many wonderful things for your home and garden. You'll find unusual bird feeders, stepping stones, fountains, and yard decorations. The prices can be on the high side, but they have unique items and a nice staff. The last time I was there, the salesperson (Emily I believe) was so helpful in finding a gift for my grandfather for father's day (and he is so hard to shop for!). Much appreciated!
I really enjoy this shop. The basic theme is obviosuly angels. They have a lot of Christian gifts, including framed prints, jewlery, sculptures, garden, books, blankets, pillows. If you want to find something that is special, this is a great place to go. I tend to shop here when I have no clue where else to go (especially for baptisms, confirmations, sypathy gifts, and even wedding). Great shop - friendly owners - family run.
It always makes you feel good to shop at a place that makes the world a better place. The things they offer here, you can't find anywhere else. Everything your purchase is helping artisans in developing countries. The stock is always changing because it is all hand made - which is nice. It is like a new store every time you go in.
Going to Cohokia Mounds is one of my fondest memories as a child, and I have brought my own children back several times to learn about the Native American way of life. The museum is full of interesting artifacts and information. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The grounds are breathtaking.
I absolutely love this office. I have had all three of my children under the care of Doctor Anne Radley (whom I reccommend). Her office is spotless, the nurses are discreet and helpful. They now have a 3D ultrasound machine located at their offices, which is nice. The other Doctors on staff (all women) are also super. They have a wonderful, informative website as well!
This is a nice quiet place that I find it easy to work on assignments there. The coffee is great, food a bit overpriced, but also good. The staff is helpful, but leaves you alone when they can see that you are busy. They have a nice area to sit on couches. Outside patio if you prefer to sit outdoors. Also a nice place to meet friends - in the heart of Kirkwood.
My entire family uses Old Towne Jewelers. They don't have a ton of stock, but they do a great job fixing jewelry. We have brought antique pieces and new pieces to John, the owner, and he always gives us a fair price, does a great job and has a good turn around time. We will continue to use him!
I love when I go into shops and a mom has her child there while she is working. This is a family run business, and the attention to detail and friendly service makes you want to keep coming back. Lisa, who is there almost every time I am in, is super sweet and is always cheerful. Great products and good prices.
This is a close location, that offers a lot of coupons (check the back of your schnucks reciepts from Eureka and you can normally find a free game coupon!). They also have leagues for kids - which are fun and informative. Staff is ok, not overly friendly, but average for a bowling alley. Not the best, but fine for a game or two for someone who only bowls every once in a while.
This place has an amazing ammount of lanes. Large enough that the smoke from other bowlers does not bother the non-smoker. Lots of balls to choose from. They also have a small bar. They have a game room with a plenty of pool tables (play for cheap), air hockey, pinball machines, etc. Great place to meet friends. Food, not so great.
