I have ever good things to say about Dakan's. They handled everything when my brother passed too early in his life (took his own). They did such a good job on him that I sat there waiting for him to sit up and talk to me. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and treated us all with kindness and respect. The funeral home is clean, peaceful. The rates are fair for this area, no complaints there.
When my grandmother passed away 17 days before her 100th birthday it was a hard time for all my family. Cloverdale could not have been better for us, they handled everything extremely professionally. The grounds are nicely kept, the atomsphere for visiting and sitting with your departed is nice. An added addition to this is the pond nearby. Though the location is next to a very busy road (corner of Fairview and Cloverdale) it is still well maintained.
Snooty and Snotty is how I would describe this golf course. Overly priced and if you are not one of the "in" players then you are frowned upon. I should have saved my money and went to a more friendly course. I have to say they have a good course, it is green but that is all I can say about them and their staff.
They have one of the best courses in Idaho and with the mountainous scenery around you it is a small touch of heaven. They have many activities including golfing, hiking, swimming, courts and also hold outdoor plays. It is beautiful during all seasons. Accomidations are very fairly priced.
This place may be dirty and unkept but the employees are a great bunch of people. They have the lowest prices on cigarette cartons in the area. They handle all your fishing and hunting needs and have many pictures up on the walls of customers accomplishments. They carry a WIDE range of instore products as well. It is a one-stop shopping store.
I had an old sheepards tent handed down to me that had seen its better days but memories made me hold onto it. I got in touch with Idaho Tent/Canvas and they were able to bring life back into this old tent. I have since made other purchases through them and they have always been great. Fairly priced and good customer service.
George's has been around for years, they carry a good selection and the owner/employers are very knowledgeable in what they sell. If you need a part or a bike fixed take it down to George's. His bike repair costs are fair and they do a good job.
The isiles are too close together. There is too much packed into the stores. It is not that they have a wide range of product they just have too much of the same product. They specialize in frames (art) but when we brought a piece in to have re-framed they did a bad job on it, we were refunded but ended up with a damaged painting. I would not recommend them soley because of my experience.
This place closed down earlier this year. It was the place my wife would go for hours for ideas for her holiday crafts. They had knowledgable staff that was very helpful in ideas and knew what they were talking about. My wife misses this place and has no idea why they went out of business. The prices were much better than other craft places in the area.
This place has a little bit of everything for all crafter and hobbier needs. Location is not that great but with the selection they have I will take a drive out of my way to go here. I was looking for paints for a hobby I was doing and they had everything I needed and more. There prices are good too!
