I have been taking my dogs here for the past five years. The staff seems very friendly to my pets and it has always been easy to get an appointment. One of the vets there suggested some natural supplements to put on the pet food-it may be why my 14 year old dog is still kickin'! Prices are high but that can be expected at a small vet clinic. The location makes it an easy place to get to and leave.
This garage is across the street from the bank. I have had nothing but success having my cars worked on here. Everything from oil changes, tires, and repairs. The mechanics are knowledgeable and they won't rip you off! Prices seem to be reasonable -peace of mind and trust in your mechanic is priceless. I would definitely reccommend to anyone.
Before you leave town you can conveniently zip in and get a carwash. There are three stalls to wash yourself and one automatic carwash stall. Change machine on premises as well as coin operated vaccuums. Don't go in with tons of mud on your vehicle cuz the guy who runs it is a bit crotchety and will give you a piece of his mind!
This cute little place is hidden down the road from the bank. The decor inside this small cafe is vintage auto. The great sandwiches are even served in hubcap! These have got to be the best sandwiches around.
PROS: number of menu choices, awesome bakery goods
This is a gift store/coffee shop. They have a great selection of coffee drinks and small tables to enjoy them at. If you need a gift you can find many neat, unique things. My favorite are the Trapp candles-one will fill an entire room with a beautiful fragrance.
If you want a great fish fry, you gotta check out McBob's. The prices are reasonable and I have never had a bad meal here. The place is quite small but the service is great. If you are low on time, you can also call in your order and pick it up. Bobby is the best bartender!!
CONS: Bathroom- actually its not a "room" but rather a very small closet
The staff members are always curteous and polite. The facility is small but they really utilize every inch. Beds and rooms are clean. You get a mint and use of cleaned goggles and can use a free body sticker to help track your tan. After your tan you can moisturize with complimentary lotion and freshen up with the supplied spray deodorant-nice touch. There is one parking spot in front of the door, otherwise you'll have to park around the corner.
PROS: Nice assortment of packages and lotions.
First of all, if you can find a parking spot you'll be lucky. This is an east side bar that serves food. My friend loves their burgers but I was not too impressed. $7.25 for a burger is a bit steep and it was nothing special. They do have happy hour(M-Th, 4-6pm) appetizer specials that might be a good deal if you want to meet some friends before going out.
PROS: Friendly staff
This place offers authentic Mexican products and cuisine. The bakery and food cases are stuffed with "homemade" and fabulously tasty authentic Mexican fare. The grocery store features Mexican packaged products as well as produce. There is also an in-store cafe where you can get muy rapido service and great food.
This place carries a wide variety of natural food items and supplements that you can't find other places. I shop there at least once a week and have always benn pleased. The store is clean, well-organized, and staffed by knowledgeable people. The prices as you would guess are a bit more but you pay more for quality. If you don't like the parking lot, park across the street at the grocery store and walk.
