If you are looking for a family oriented church or spiritual uplift, please join services here. There are very many families with several children. Sunday school divides into different age groups. There is plenty of parking to attend services. You will find friendly individuals who join together in worship of Jesus Christ.
This was my mall growing up. The mall is created in a big circle so you don't have to walk back and forth like other malls. There is a food court in the center of the mall that can be entered into from both sides of the mall. Department stores include Dillard's (two of them- one for men and on for women), Sears, Macys, and more. Baybrook Mall offers a variety of stores and services for all of your needs. Workers are friendly and the food court has a good selection as well. They are located right off the freeway and there is plenty of parking- although you may have to walk a while before reaching the mall.
Space Center Houston is something that you have to experience at least once in your lifetime. I've been there a few times over the course of about 15 years and it keeps getting better and better. There are I-MAXES to watch, entertaining shows, and tour buses that take you through the actual facility where NASA can be experienced first hand. It is fairly costly, but worth your money. I believe there is a fee for parking as well.
Sundace is a short drive from Provo and offers a variety of beaufiul hiking trails. I would recommend Stuart Falls trail, or going to Sundance and listening to one of their outdoor concerts in the Summertime. It is money well spent. It is a little difficult to find service if you are are not going to a paid event so prepare well ahead of time directions to where you want to go. And make sure your car can make it up hills because you will be going over a few.
Located across the street of Clear Lake High School, and in the back of a little woods, this campus is inviting to those looking for a good education in a quite neighborhood. Classes are offered in a variety of subject/majors. The is an extension of University of Houston- is more personable and I think in more of a cosy and convienient location. You don't have to worry about the traffic of down-town Houston everyday and the campus also provides housing in a few complexes near by.
Dr. Broadbent seems like a down-to-earth, friendly man. His office is small, and a little too quite for my liking. When I went to visit the doctor I was the only one there and the doctor saw me right away. Dr. Broadbent specializes in ob-gyn. The office just relocated to a new building so the office is quite nice and new. Parking is readily available and the location is very convienient- right off of University avenue near BYU. The doctor is readily available and at your service, but with it being so quite, I can't recommend that he is on high demand.
Aspen Womens Center just relocated to University Ave. The new building is in a convienient location with plenty of parking. The nurses and staff are very friendly and willing to work with you. If you ever have a question they will most likely call you back the very same day. There are a few high qualified doctors working there, so if your ob-gyn isn't in, you can ask for another and been seen on the same day. Dr. Donna Wylie is a family practice doctor, but just began specializing in obstetrics and is only taking on new obstetrics patients.
I have been pleased with the work done by Dr. Lee. The waiting room is a little smaller than most dentists offices yet suits his practice. It is small and personal- and the receptionist is friendly. He keeps a record of "problem" teeth and therefore knows what to look for at your next visit to see how your teeth have changed. Very good price- willing to work with students to give discounts. The location is a little hard to find your first time. You park in the back of the building and have to walk around to find the front entry way.
Jim and his wife offer great friendly, honest service on practically anything that's wrong with your car. They specialize in Mufflers and Maintenance, but offer inspections and air conditioning services. I am pleased with how upfront the employees are and I haven't found better service any where else. The location is convienient- on Center street right as you head out to I-15. If you plan on waiting there for your car, you might need to bring your own reading materials and a blanket to sit on, because the couch is pretty dirty and it's not a nice place to sit and wait. .
The LDS Clothing Distribution Center is used mostly by BYU students because it is found on BYU Campus. I have never found it very crowded, although being in a basement- it feels a little claustraphobic in the store. I believe the ceilings are low. It is conveniently located within the bookstore and offers services found at other LDS clothing distributors. Well kept and clean.
