This restaurant is great for a fun, casual evening out. They usually have the sports games on so you can watch while you eat. And as they say, "Go ahead, throw them on the floor!"

Supercuts

I realize hair shops are generally known for a place to spread gossip, but I didn't know it would be this bad. The employees seemed to barely acknowledge the guests, instead preferring to talking to each other. The hairstylist cut my hair unevenly, which I didn't realize until I got home. When I went to another SuperCutes to redo it, they had to call her to verify I was there since I didn't have a receipt. Even the employees said that she had a bad attitude and commented that for being a manager, she wasn't very good at her job.

A Service Cab Co

I realize a few cab drivers don't represent an entire company, but I had a very poor experience recently. I called and was qoted an estimated arival time of 20 minutes. Afte 40 minutes, i called to see how much longer it would be. They told me that I had NOT been waiting 40 minutes, even though the time I called could be proven on my cell phone. When I asked the cab driver (who arrived after an hour) about the grossly inaccurate estimated arival times, he said that if they told people how long it would really take, then people would call other companies. He also said that he didn't know if I had ever been to a "big city", but that's the way things work. P.S. Yes, I realize it is an ESTIMATED arival time, but to tell someone 20 minutes when you know for a fact it is going to be much longer seems to just be misleading the customer.

Brown Veronica - Elmwood Dental Ctr

I had a bridge that fell out. I called his office Friday afternoon and they said I would have to wait unitl Monday. They suggested I just use Poligrip until then. These were my FRONT teeth we are talking about! They showed no compassion at all. I felt like they just didn't care.

Crazy Johnnie's Cafe & Bar

This is by far the one of the best steaks I've ever had. I would always order my steak well done until a friend took me here and suggested I order it rare. One of the best decisions I've made.

Courtyard-Metairie

The staff is remarkable! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help. Above and beyond! The rooms are very clean and spacious. Not far from the Quarter.

Pelham Hotel

These rooms are extremely small and obviously haven't been updated for quite awhile. Although the staff is very helpful, the cannot make up for everything this hotel is lacking. Also: watch out for the phone surcharge and safe charge that are automatically charged to your room whether you use it or not.

Babies R Us

This store has the biggest selection ever! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I bought a car seat and am very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend!

Iberville Suites

This hotel is managed by the Ritz Carlton and it shows. he same employees work at both hotels (which are connected), so essentially you receive the same service at a fraction of the price!

We stayed here a months ago and loved it! World class service and product! We can't wait for this beautiful hotel to open again after the hurricane. We look forward to visiting again!
