We order from them a lot since their pizza and salads is pretty good. Their weekly flyer says "free delivery" but they charge a $1 delivery fee.
It seems like there are a bunch of High Schoolers running the place. Talk about no customer service skills!
Sometimes their delivery/food times are hit or miss. I called in a pick-up order the other night at 5:40 and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there at 6:10 and it wasn't ready yet. I did not walk out of there until 6:20.
I have been in here several times to buy flowers. They do have a very good variety, but sometimes you can get better prices on buying roses elsewhere. There is another review on here where they said they can get a dozen roses for $10. I have never seen that before. I bought 25 roses there last week and it cost $35! I bought 30 roses last night at Kroger for $26!
Also, when you walk in they aren't very friendly. You have to tell them to ring you up. They don't really thank you either.
PROS: Good variety of flowers
CONS: Some prices not that great - lacking customer service.
I bought my car from Wray Volkswagen 2 1/2 years ago. I pretty much knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for my car. I had an older car that I traded in and they worked with me when I wasn't happy w/ their initial trade in amount. They really didn't want me to leave w/out the car, but I was able to do everything on my own terms.
I have also had excellent experiences w/ their service department. They only work by appointment and they have always been able to fit me in when I had a problem arise. And, the best part is that they are completely honest w/ you and don't try to pull one over on you.
I also had to use their body department when I got in an accident. I was really concerned and distraught over the accident (which wasn't my fault) and didn't want to ever be able to see that my car had been damaged. They exceeded my expectations and had my car back in a timely manner.
PROS: Excellent Customer Service!! They are honest.
I acquired my current job through Appleone. They have always been super friendly and worked with me when I was in Atlanta looking for a job here. I would go back to them if I ever needed a new job.
On the plus side, when I first started going there they were still in the Wal-Mart shopping center in a dingy little office. Now they have moved over by the new cinemas and have really upgraded their offices!
PROS: Very resourceful
This is one of our favorite places to eat! The service and food is outstanding. And, since we go here so often they know us by name and always ask us how we are doing. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Their menu also has a really good variety of foods on it.
I believe they are a family owned restaurant so there is usually the same familiar faces in there. I really think that family owned business have more invested in the company therefore you have better service.
On the weekends they are usually a little busier and you might have to wait on a table. But, we have never waited more than 15 minutes.
PROS: Service, food quality.
I had to take my cat in there for what I thought was a broken leg. They did x-rays and and couldn't determine what the problem was. I had to end up taking her to another vet. I have also taken both of my cats in for their regular round of shots and even though I had an appointment, I had to wait in the lobby for at least an hour. There is nothing worse than sitting there w/ your cat in a carrier while dogs are barking at them.
PROS: The staff inside the store (running the registers, etc) are very helpful.
CONS: They vets don't seem very professional.
