Schwartz Laser Eye Ctr

Schwartz laser eye center is renowned for its fabulous results. I have a bad astigmatism and they have been able to do surgery which has improved my eyesight immensely! I still need to go in for a second surgery due to my astigmatism not being completely gone, but I am sure they will be able to fix it. This office is really quite amazing. They were able to find my perfect prescription when they were testing me for the surgery. I have never had any doctor come that close. The surgery is quite expensive, but if you are going to have surgery on your eyes, don't mess around with anyone else and don't take risks with some cheap doctor that doesn't know what he's doing. Come here!

Trainor Brian Evan Do

If you need a good OBGYN, then this is the place to go! The staff here treated my wife very well and me also. The doctors are very experienced and do a fabuous job in the delivery room. The doctors were very easy to talk to and also very helpful when we asked questions. Sometimes appointments were hard to schedule because they booked up fast. They are a very busy office and you may wait a while before your appt., but I thought the care they gave my wife was more than worth the wait.

Bauman Bruce DMD

If you are looking for a great dentist, then you found one! Dr. Baumen is certainly one of the best around. His office is filled with the latest and greatest technology. You can watch tv with headphones while you are there too! A great way to kill time. He also practices sedation dentistry if you are interested. This guy does not come cheap though. His prices are sky high. He was often over the limit of what our insurance would cover, so plan on paying quite a bit. But it is top-notch, so if you have the $$ - go here!

Cafe Rio

Cafe Rio is a fabulous place to grab a bite to eat! They have a limited mexican food menu, but everything on there is done to perfection! Personal favorites include their Enchilada style burrito with shredded pork and their huge salad with tomatillo dressing. Prices are low (around $4-$8 a plate). The wait here is almost always a little long (the line is often out the door), but for good reason! The food is great!

Market Street Grill Downtown

The Market Street Grill has some of the best seafood in all of Utah. Fabulous shrimp, lobster, and halibut are all on the menu. The salads and clam chowder are wonderful! The prices here are pretty steep ( $15-$50) depending on what you order, but you will enjoy every single bite! Parking is to the west, or you can valet park.

Thanksgiving Point

This is a wonderful place to take your family! They have a fabulous restaurant inside - excellent food! There is also a little boutique style shop. You'll find a golf course, a dinosaur museum and a farm too. Beautiful grounds surround this entire place. It's a great place to get family pictures or wedding pictures taken. At Christmas they really do a great job with decorating! They have a huge display of lights! A great place to stop and check out if you are just passing through Utah County!

Anniversary Inn

The name says it all! Anniversary Inn is a great place to stay for your anniversary or honeymoon! Every room is decorated in a different theme. They have every amenity you can think of too! Breakfast brought to your room. Movies, jacuzzi tub, beautiful decor. A great private place to take your sweetheart (no kids)! Prices vary and are all over $100 a night, but well worth it if you ask me! Book early - they fill up!

Ferrarese's Deli Restaurant

Ferrareses has the best sandwiches in CA! My personal favorite is the pastrami with mushrooms! Absolutely awesome! Every bite is perfection! They also have wonderful pasta/potato salads! I can't recommend this place enough! Every person that I know that has gone there has come out saying that they just had the best sandwich ever! (and you'll want to go back over and over again)! This place is located on your way up to Yosemite. Don't miss this place to stop! (but do plan on waiting a little while for your food - they do make it to perfection, after all)!

Purple Turtle Inc

The Purple Turtle has the BEST shakes in Utah County! You can order about any combination imaginable! Their hamburgers and fries are also excellent! Everything is made to order so it takes a little while to get your order but this place is worth the wait. Don't forget to order Fry Sauce! Great Stuff!

La Ferrovia Ristorante

La Ferrovia has the best Italian food in Utah! Absolutely fabulous pasta dishes! You can't go wrong with anything that you order here. The ensalate with their famous carrot Italian dressing is excellent! Also, save room for dessert at this place! I highly recommend it! This is one place that truly treats you like family!
