I went during the week and this place was just buzzing with people everywhere! It's like a huge flea market with everything and anything! I couldn't believe some of the flower arrangements; so gorgeous and SO EXTREMELY CHEAP. It's a must-see for every tourist and make sure you go and check out the flying fish! It's a great experience.
I went on the Harbor Cruise (one of the CityPass attractions) and I had a nice experience. A picture is taken of your group before docking and you can check out the picture when you return. The picture is actually very nice and reasonably priced. When I went, I had a great tour guide that pointed out all the different landmarks and attractions. He was very funny and kept things interesting.
I went during the week and used my CityPass to get in. Since I went right at openning, the crowd was pretty small. I was impressed that we were able to touch certain animals like starfish, sea cucumbers, different anemones. The aquarium has an impressive salmon ladder, which I found to be very interesting. I enjoyed how the aquarium utilized both inside and outside for exhibits. It was neat being on the dock of the Puget Sound watching the seals inside the aquarium.
I had an enjoyable experience at the museum, I went early on a Saturday morning and the place was not packed at all. As the day progressed, more and more people arrived but getting there early was a great idea. The Museum has hosts laser shows during the night, and I attended the Beatles Laser Show. It was an awesome experience, but your eyes/head might start to hurt a bit with all the flashing lights.
I enjoyed my trip to the top of the Space Needle. Using the CityPass, I had a reduced rate to the top. I went during the weekend, so the line was long but the wait went quickly. Once on the observation deck, the views were beautiful but once that was over I was ready to go back down. I did not spend much time up there, I took scenic pictures, enjoyed the view and then went back down to the store. They do take pictures of you while you are getting ready to go to the top, but they do cost you. Also, if you have reservations at the restaurant you can go to the observation deck for free.
Very large grocery store. Lots of fresh produce, deli service is great. Also has a butcher available. Carry-out service is available for larger orders. There is also a bank and pharmacy inside the store. I enjoy shopping at this store. However, baggers need a little training in quickness and bagging appropriate items together; but that's everywhere you go.
This grocery store has all your essentails, but everything is crammed into such a small space. It's hard to fit more than one cart down the aisle. It has a small produce section. However, this store has a great butcher. The parking lot needs some repairs as well.
Overall, I recommend that you check out their other location in Peotone, IL.
