Budget Dry Cleaners
The cleaners at Budget Dry Cleaners get to know your name if you're a regular customer and always greet you with a smile. They make sure your clothes are fresh, clean, and pressed before you pick it up, and their quality of work is outstanding. As the name suggests, their prices are very reasonable! If you want a friendly staff who does a professional job, you've got to check out this dry cleaner.
Richmond Heights Academy
I know Richmond Heights Academy looks after kids with care. They have a lot of games that are fun and educational, nutritious and filling snacks, and responsible caretakers to make sure children are safe and happy. They are responsible and trustworthy, and will make sure children are kept under a safe watch from the time they're dropped off to the time they're picked up.
Cedar Point
This is a great amusement park for fans of tall thrill rides. They have two of the world's biggest coasters that ALWAYS make records for steepest plummet, fastest journey, or tallest hills. They have stroble light tunnels and loops which add to the thrill. For people who like an adrenaline rush, this place has a ton of coasters - some of the biggest and scariest, too! The park is always clean and is right near the beach, which is a lot of fun if you stay in a nearby hotel.
Geauga Lake Hotel
It's an alright amusement park. I think it's geared more for younger kids though because there are more fast-paced spinning rides you're likely to lose your lunch on (Tilt-A-Whirl, upside-down flying Enteprise saucers, Texas Twister which flips you upside down and rightside-up continuously) or get a headache from. I like Cedar Point a lot better because they have adult-oriented rides, like The Millennium Force. This is an okay place to spend the day, though.
Polka Hall Of Fame
My grandma and I walked here because in her youth, she loved to dance a polka! She used to go out with make-up and colorful dresses and dance for hours into the night, until her feet hurt, and she wanted to share some of that with me. This Hall of Fame features costumes, pictures of people dancing and having a good time, and records of famous polka songs. She relived her youth and I got to find out what polka is all about!
Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame
This is a really neat museum that should be seen at least once! The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame pays tribute to the greatest legends who shaped rock n roll history as we know it today. A few names that come to mind are The
Beatles, Michael Jackson, and Madonna, but there are so many artists who are portrayed in wax here, and who have personal items (like stage costumes, guitars) preserved in glass cases. This place is pretty amazing.
Cleveland Botanical Gardens
I love architecture, so I can really appreciate the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Their Japanese garden is phenomenal, from the arches, to the symmetrical yet oddly-shaped brick buildings, and the little laughing
Buddha statues really add a nice touch. The whole design of the trail is just so well done. I hope I can make something this beautifully designed one day.
Down To Earth Landscaping
When my family and I moved into our new home over summer, the house looked great but the garden hadn't been well tended to over the years. We thought it was too much of a job for ourselves, so we got Down To Earth Landscaping to make suggestions based on our likes (no spiral-shaped bushes, please) and they developed a terrific garden complete with a stone pathway and the right balance to it. They know how to make lawns look like art. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.
Goodtime Iii
The name says it all - this cruise series really is a good time! I used to go on field trips all the time, and we'd cruise down the Cleveland river, play card games and drink Cokes at the outdoor tables, and snap pictures
of us with little (I mean LITTLE!) waterfalls in the background. I have a ton of fond memories on this cruise ship.
Not Just Flowers
I was on my way to the hospital, looking for a place to pick up a nice bouquet of flowers to give to a friend. I found Not Just Flowers. It's rather large - not only do they have pretty cut flowers, but they also have seed
packets and other items to spruce up your yard, like windmills and lawn ornaments. I found a nice bouquet of mixed flowers, which smelled wonderful and stayed fresh and full of color!
